Operation & Maintenance of Greenery at DR.Y.S.R. park (payakapuram water water body) duly engaging labour as directed by the Assistant Director of Horticulture, VMC with the following activities
a) Maintenance of hedge/shrub planting: Trimming of hedges/shrubs (once in 15 days) watering (once in a day @ 5 Lts/per sqmt/per day shall be provide to maintain sub soil moisture continuously). Edge cutting 0.30mtr. away from the edges/shrub (once in a month) Supply and application of fertilizers, insecticides, Fungicides ( once in a month @ 20 gms/pit/sqmt) etc., by manually excluding cost of fertilizers
b) Maintenance of groundcover/flower beds: Weeding, Trimming/pinching and keeping the ground cover in healthy condition (once in a fortnight). Watering to ground cover (one's in three day's @ 5 litres/per Sqmts shall be provide to maintain sub soil moisture continuously) by manually.
c) Maintenance of palms /tree planting : Trimming once in 15 days watering once in a day @ 5 lit/per day (sub soil moisture shall be maintenad continously) Formation of basins for each and every plant upto lit away from the plant. Application of fertilizers, insecticidies , Fungicides @ 20 gms/pit/sqmt) etc., and mulching with leaves and bio waste in the basins of each plant to maintain moisture and also minimize evoperation followed by adding organic matter to the plant
d) Maintenance of the lawn : Watering the lawns @10-15 liters/sqm/day basing on the season and weather conditions (sub soil moisture shall be maintained continuosly ) Lawn movering and edging of the lawns the following frequency keeping the lawns grass blade not more than 2cm
e) It is the responsbility of the contractor to maintain 100% population if any causility is noticed such quantaty should be replaced by the the contractor / agency with in 15 days at their own costs as per direction of the ADH
f) The contractor / agency should replace damaged greenery every 15 days if damaged in contract period after taken over from the department and monitor by the ADH section
g) The contractor / agency must maintian the entire premises neat and clean including pathways (gravel pathways, paved pathways), kerb walls, seating areas, seating benches, play equipments, Gym equipments etc., which ever items placed in the premises should be kept clean.
h) The contract / agency should be maintain bore wells and water supply drip systeme, taps in good condition, the agency should attend the minor repairs (like breaking of tap heads / pipes, on / off switches along with pipe line leakages etc.,) and major repairs to be attended under the supervision of Assistant Engnieers and payment will be made seperate sanctions..
i)The contract agency has must to engage 2 male workers and 2 female workers 1 watchmen and 2 security guards(night) to fulfil the above works with specified uniform and radium jacket and tools & plants to the satisfactory by Assistant Director Horticulture, Labour should be below 40 years age.
The contract agency should enagage Tractor with Trailor for Trimming of the plants/Trees/Palmas and removing of Debrie,tree waste ,dria laefs and green waste from site at their own cost as per direction AD(H) section including cost of fuel charges, wages of driver and helper charges and coveyance of all materials and the vehicle must be provided GPS tracking system etc., as specified by the departmental authorities
