Overhauling of OWS System on MFV Matsya Drushti

Amount

To undertake complete overhauling of OWS System as per the following SoW and Annexure-A to the satisfaction of HSL & ShipStaff.

OWS system tank to be dismantled, all parts, inspection carried out on body, transmitter, oil level detector (03Nos), Solenoid valves (03Nos), Safety valve, Airvent valve, strainer, pressure gauge (02Nos), Test cocks(03Nos), Ball valves (02Nos), 3way cock valve with solenoid operation body covers (02Nos), calescer unit, gauge cocks, hanging, bolts, connected pipe lines degutted and regutted, PPM meter, cleaned all parts, pressure tested, damaged parts to be renewed, boxuped with new gaskets, painted, operation to be showned to ship staff and surveyor, materials procurement and fitment in contractor scope(Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.6 of BoQ).

OWS Pump with 5HP Motor: a) Pump to be dismantled, bearings and leather seals to be renewed, overhauled, clearances measured, pump pressure tested, aligned with motor, pulley belts to be renewed, pulley (02Nos) to be checked and serviced derective parts to be renewed, pump operation to be showned to ship staff and surveyor. materials procurement and fitment in contractor scope. b) Motor to be dismantled, serviced, renewed the bearings, fitted back with new SS foundation bolts materials procurement and fitment in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.6 of BoQ).

3Way valve with pneumatic solendoid operation to be removed from the position, renewed as per sample, new valve fitted with end connectors and new SS bolts & nuts. Materials procurement and fitment in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.6 of BoQ).

PPM Meter: PPM meter to be removed, calibrated as per system guide manual, defective parts to be renewed, fitted back and operation to be showned to ship staff and surveyor. Materials procurement and fitment in contractor scope(Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.6 of BoQ).

System pipe lines (MS) -40MM dia & Sch-80: MS pipes to be removed, renewed as per existing with new flanges, new end connectors, new SS bolts and fitted back, system pressure test to be showned to ship staff. Material: MS pipes, flanges, SS bolts, nut with washer, end connectors, gaskets, all machinery works and welding / brazing works, all consumable in contractor scope(Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.6 of BoQ).

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for materilas/spares/consumables for above entire Sow(Sl.No.1) and Annexure-A. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.6) against third party/OEM invoice.
