Total Wage including 'overhead & profit' for engagement of nine(09) nos Agreemental-A[Rate-I] workers for execution as mentioned below: Maintenance of railway track with all necessary types of tools and tackles (viz crowbar,pick-axe,spade, deep trolly, drill machine etc. needed for any kind of maintenance of rail track) inconnection with the work. The work also includes requisite machining (any type mending) of Permanent Way materials both received from store (new or old) and found defective in railway track, points and crossing. (NOTE:Necessary railway materials & fittings will be issued free of cost from the STPS Store subject to appropriate reconciliation but tools, tackles, machineries etc required for day to day maintenance have to be arranged by contractor immediately as per instruction of retired P.W.I./L.C.E/D.C.E/ E.I.C even in emergency maintenance work also.) (Payment will be made on the basis of attendance actually maintained.In case of absenteeism of manpower deduction will be made as per norms.) [Ref. minimum wage estimate sheet w.e.f. dated 01.07.2023 & latest MOS. Engagement of one(01) no. retired P.W.I./L.C.E/D.C.E to supervise day to day work of railway track maintenance & to attend office to take programme of day’s work & to give all reports at office after completion of day’s work as per advice of E.I.C. Authenticate track fitness and health report is to be submitted weekly and/or as per necessity. Weekly programm report in advance and its progress report is to be submitted. Preventive maintennce schedule is to be prepared on weekly basis and need to submit the same. Preparation of list of available railway fiitings & other materials at store & assesment of required/shortfall fittings & other materials related to railway maintenance work have to be maintained on regular basis on a register. Brick work with Fly Ash bricks as per IS 12894:2002 in cement mortar (1:6) In Foundation, Plinth and Boundary Wall.
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).
Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification. In Ground floor: Two coats
Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary
Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.
Dismantling all types of cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m.
Cleaning earth, mud,semi-liquid mud, slurry, ash, coal-dust, dust, rubbish, sludge, weed scum etc. etc. from rail track side masonry or concrete drain/ Hume pipe drain/culvert etc. by manual means (mathor labour/ unskilled worker) after removing concrete slab/ manhole cover etc. (if required)without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc. etc. by using iron pans, buckets including all labour, tools & plants, including removing the spoils in dry condition at safe distance within a lead of 75 mtr. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. [Mode of measurement:Tractor trip (@2.83Cu.M./Trip of tractor) have to be recorded at CHP Civil Office in the vehicle entry registered during removal of the drain materials as per direction of EIC. ]
Removal of earth, spillage of coal from rail track at Pre & Post Track Hopper area , coal-dust, rubbish, garbage, drain cleaning dry sludge and various wastes etc. by truck/tractor, dip lorrying with making arramgement for transport, or similar vehicle within a distance of 5 Km, including loading at working site and unloading at disposal yard including carriage by head load upto a lead of 30m at each of two points where truck is not access to nearest point . [Mode of measurement:Tractor trip (@2.83Cu.M./Trip of tractor) have to be recorded at CHP Civil Office in the vehicle entry registered during removal of the drain materials as per direction of EIC. ]
FIXED EXPENDITURE LIMIT OF Rs.9,50,000/- (exclusive of GST) for 02 years period i.r.o. Supply of necessary tools/tackles/materials as required for execution at actual basis. The materials shall be supplied as per requirement of user department as and when required basis as per direction of EIC. Supply of materials have to be completed within 07 days from the date of instruction and payment to be made at actual after supply of materials and submission of proper GST bills, challan, voucher etc. duly signed by the agency. [Bidder needs not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.15 as the amount Rs.9,50,000/- will be added in the total amount 'at par']
