Depth), drilling of holes in poles and x-arms, preparation of plateform, structure members, CI/AI x-arms , erection of double poles with RCC muff with concrete filling, erection of plateform for transformer, x-arms, G O switch, dropout fuse unit, lightening arrestor, etc., erection of stay set, erection of 63 KVA, 22/.4kV transformer,LT Panel box, LT cable, Trivector meter, filling and ramming of pits, erection of jumpers, LT earthing and fixing of barbed wire and painting of sub-station structure(Duoble coat) complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in charge .

Mannual carriage of 63 KVA, 22/.4 KV transformer alongwith allied material for an average lead of 0.100 KM from road head to site of work. (Rate to be quoted for 1 kM lead only)

Erection of 22kV HT Line

Erection of HT steel tubular pole 9/11 mtr. Long(Double pole structure):- Excavation of earth in all kinds of soil for making two numbers pits of size (1.8x1x1x)M each, suitable for installing STP 11 mtr long, erection of S.T.P 11 M long with RCC muff in the excavated pit, refilling of pit with excavated soil including watering and ramming etc. as required, disposing off surplus soil at the dumping site of local bodies, fixing of M.S clamps , stay clamps, stay wire, M.S channel cross arms, AI bracings,barbed wire, danger plats, isulators, nut & bolts,continuous earth wire with MS clamps, including drilling,bending welding etc.as required, filling of RCC muff with Cement concrete in ratio 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand :4 concrete 20mm nominal size) from bottom to top painting of all steel parts and STP with two coats of aluminium paint superior grade and fixing of any other item required to complete the job, as per standard practice of HPSEBL/REC, as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge

Erection of HT earthing Set:- Excavation of earth in all kinds of soil for making pits of size (2.5x1x1mtr) fixing of HT earthing set with GI wire in pit refilling of pit with alternate layer of charcoal 40 Kg, salt 40Kg and soft soil, including ramming watering etc. as required, disposing of surplus soil at dumping site of local bodies, earthing of structure and allied material such as stay wire, isolators channels etc. with GI wire 6 SWG and P/fixing any otherpetty Items to complete the job as per satisfaction & direction of Engineer in Charges, complete in all respect.

Laying, stringing and sgging of G.I. earth wire(2wire) of 22 KV HT line:- Unrolling, laying of GIwire 8SWG, stringing and sagging, binding with insulator,jumpering etc, as required as per satisfaction & direction of Engineer in Charges, as per standard practice of HPSEBL & REC. complete in all respect (Rate to be quoted per Km line)

Manual carriage charges of poles conductors etc to be provided by HPSEBL from Road Head to Site of Work for an Average lead 1.00 Km. AVERAGE LEAD - 0.600 Kms.
