Required1. The Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
Required2. The bidder shall be an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or an authorized dealer/channel partner/distributor of the OEM. Necessary documentation proof shall be submitted

Required7. Bidder shall quote only for the make and material of the items mentioned in the Schedule

Required11. Bidder should submit acceptance that scope includes supply and commissioning
Required12. Bidder should submit acceptance for deputation of company service person for commissioning of Flow meters
Required13. Bidder should submit necessary general arrangement drawings (GA) and Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP) along with bid and also if found L1 should get approval of MQP in TGGENCO format and get approved from competent authority before manufacturing
Required14. Bidder should submit acceptance to provide the equipment shall have a minimum warranty of 24 months from the date of supply

Required16. Bids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection without intimation. Price should be quoted only in online
Optional17. Bidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered
Optional18. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
