Servicing, overhauling of 186.25 KW, 415V, Bharat Bijlee make LT motor including cleaning of stator, rotor by air and by CO2, application of anti tracking varnish for stator and rotor windings,and epoxy gel coat on end winding portion,heating,replacement of minior parts, testing of stator, rotor for IR, PI, winding resistance and replacement of DE, NDE side bearings with new bearings(Supplied by department if necessary), balancing the rotor and Re-assembling the motor including cost of all necessary parts required for the job etc., complete for servicing, overhauling and testing, commissioning of the motor for satisfactory running of the motor etc including labour charges & miscellaneous works for finished item of work.

As per ELEC-6.4.1

Filteration of Transformer oil at site for 2 Transformers i.e 620ltrs/Transformer. As per ELEC-6.4.15

Routine maintenance of transformer, including testing of insulation resistance, oil break down strength. Reconditioning / replacement of silicazel, cleaning of transformer and topping upto oil level if required (extra cost will be paid for oil). As per ELEC-6.4.3
