S&F Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 15 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 20mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as directed.

M & L non skid coloured cermaic tiles 7 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc.. Set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) in floor , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4

S&F glazed ceramic Coloured tiles over vertical surface of wall,350x 250x 7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick (or nearest size), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster from surfaces of wall of any description including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water etc including complete treatment if any all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coat (10+5mm) cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 in base coat and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water profing compund (3% by weight) complete all as directed by Engr-in -charge (WPC will be measured and paid separatly.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

M &L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 , finished the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, stopping nails holes and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and as directed

M & L for applying two coat of acrylic antifungal paint , exterior grade over coat of primer as per manufactures instruction in camouflage pattern on wall/roof surface including preparation/treatment of existing surface with brooming down or steel wire brushing etc.. at any position , any description and at any height etc including necessary scaffolding arrangement for carrying out the work complete all as specified

M & L for removing old PVC/Cast Iron floor trap including wall crossing pipe and fixing with new outlet 75 mm PVC (SWR) floor trap with stainless steel grating and new wall crossing and filling with PCC (1:2:4) mixed with water proofing compound including matching with existing tile and jointed with outer pipe line with paste and connected to near manhole in groundfloor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia CP bib cock with flange complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia CP pillar cock complete all as specified and directed.(Make-Prayag or equivalent)

S&F in repair 15 mm dia CP Angle cock with flange complete all as specified and directed. (Make-Prayag or equivalent)

S&F in repair 15 mm dia CP two way Angle cock with flange complete all as specified and directed. (Make-Prayag or equivalent)

S&F in repair brass CP body cleaner Health faucet with 1Mtr tube and hook (Baded tube) white/Ivory complete all as specified and directed. (make- Prayag, jaquar or equivalent all approved by GE)

S&F in repairs PVC waste pipe flexible 32mm or 40mm bore 60cm long for sink or WHB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connectiuons 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs, 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs washer and including bedding in CM to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, 10 ltrs capacity flushing cistern low level white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.
