Posters/ flex banners highlighting the achievements under JJM and other centrally sponsored schemes (content to be approved by MD JJM) including their erection / hanging etc. complete job

Painting of walls & writing of slogans & JJM logos (slogans to be approved by. MD JJM), complete job as per directions of Engineer In-charge

Providing / fixing of bamboo scafolding for painting on tall structures like OHT, buildings etc. complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer In-charge

Hiring of Pracharrath (Vehicle) for a day

Linking of FHTCs with Aadhar

Providing and Fixing of Sign Board of size 8'x6' with 12' Legs and Errected in Trech in Cement Conc. 1:2:4 mix 0.60x0.60x0.60 ( Legs 12' Angle Iron 75mm x75mm, Borders and Middle Bracing of Angle Iron 50x50mm, With MS Sheet of Size 6'x8' with 1mm Thick) Depicting JJM related awareness messages through art,JJM logo and Lettring work as per instructions of Engineer Incharge. and Refrence Annexure- 8 of Margdarshika for Gram Panchayat and VWSC ( Page 65)

Hiring of Public address system (Sound system should be clear voice quality with at least 3 cordless mike and 1 Dias stand mike. Agency will have 2 arrange power backup in case of power failure.)

Hiring / Installation of Marquee including all Seating arrngements as per the directions of Engineer Incharge.
