Supply & delivery of 6 Mt. long GI pipe pole assembled with 80 mm dia 3 Mt. long G.I. pipe, 50 mm dia 3 Mt. long G.I. pipe (ISI-Medium - Jindal/Bansal/Tata), 80 mm long 80/50 mm dia GI reducer with outer dia 100/70 mm, MS base plate (200 mm x 200 mm x 6 mm thick) with suitable pole cap as per direction of EIC.

Erection of 6 Mtr. long GI pipe Pole with sole plate & cap etc. in CC foundation (Size - 600 mm x 600 mm x 15 cm), having 600 mm x 600 mm x 150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 300 mm dia and 300 mm above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole up to 1.6 Km from Store to Work-Site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. Providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole), dimension 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base of the pole, incl. drilled holes in the pole suitable for street light wiring. [3(b)(ii)/H-1]

S&F of 32 mm dia, 3 mm thick Polythene Pipe inside the pole, muffing for cable entry from UG to Loop box on Pole through GI Pipe, including supplying and drawing 1x18 SWG GI Wire as fish wire inside the pipe. [1(d)/E-2]

S & F of Steel waterproof-type looping cable box (200 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm deep), having 1.22 mm (18 SWG) thick, comprising 240 V, 16 A kit kat fuse unit, 4 nos. 16 A stud type connectors, lined with rubber gasket Steel top cover with a mechanical locking arrangement, earthing terminal with lug, etc., on a pole above the muffing with S&F 2 nos. flat MS clamp sets made with 25mm x 3mm thick flat iron bar with nut-bolt etc., suitable for fixing on the pole.
