Material and labour for repair of existing sand filter beds for 6 MLD capacity water filtration plant, repair of filter beds, cleaning of beds, providing filter media for filter beds and difuser pipes as follows :- (i) Gravel and pabble size, thickness of layers and No. of layers as per existing. (ii) Coarse sand size, thickness of layer and No. of layers as per existing. (iii) Fine sand size, thickness of layer and No. of layers as per existing. (iv) Diffuser pipe installed in both filter bed as per exixting including civil work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of green cloth for covering of filtter bed as per existing size and quality complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing and non comprehencive maintenance of RO plant of 3000 ltr/hr ( 08 Nos) capacity (Make-ion exchange) with authorised service provider of ion exchange. Note:-1- This include visit of the technician of ion excahnge every month in any working days and look the performance, back wash the filter at regular intervals, check the anti scalant and add the chemical as required,cleaning of sediementation filter,cleaning of cartridge and membrane,check of control panel and system pressure and RO element for proper operation of the system, Setting the PH, TDS of water at permissible level complete the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Defective major components/spares if required to be replaced shall be measured and paid as supply only and labour element included in this item for replacement . (b) The rate quoted by the tenderer includes cost of maint / servicing of above said each plant ones in a month visits and emergency callout as when required till the date of completion of work. (c) Servicing should be done by OEM/authorized agency and done by any local experence mechanic.

M & L for preparation of old painted iron surfaces of the complete RO plant of capacity 3000 LPH by cleaning, scrapping and sand blasting wherever reqd and applying two coats of Duco paint for MS surfaces as per existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer, aluminium paint for SS surfaces including necessary Markings etc complete all as specified and directed.
