Dismantling of air break gang operated switches vertical/ horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/ work out components and insulators etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Lightning arrestor of any type, size from existed two/ four pole structure. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of drop out fuse of any type, size from existed two/ four pole struture. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old UNSV cross arms complete. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for HT 11 KV 200 Amps, out door type FRP silicon composite, gang operated air break switch having 12 Nos of post insulator with earthing switch suitable mechanically operated, triple pole for vertical operation with operating mechanism worked from ground level, complete with FRP silicon composite drop out fuse current rating up to 65 Amps, including operating mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length and locking arrangement with pad lock with three number of keys. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Lightning Arrestor expulsion type, FRP complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps, current rating 10 KA for 6600 Volts, including insulator complete connecting with ACSR jumper from LA to Air break switch suitable for HT 11 KV. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip of dia 32 mm x 6 mm as earthing lead means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12 mm dia round bar handle. Complete all as specified & as directed. NOTE: Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth GI earth wire/ protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’. NOTE - The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways, funnel with watering pipe

All as per item no 7 here in before but of galvanized iron earth wire as earth lead of 4 mm dia. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for HT Air bunched Cable, single core, aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, high tensile galvanized steel insulated of dia 50 sqmm to use as jumper connection between GOD and UG cable. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Aluminium lugs, long barrel, suitable for UG cable of dia 50 sqmm. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type any size complete and keeping in side shall be property of the conractor after credite recovered by the department. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pin type porcelain, vitreous, insulator, grey polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia suitable for 11000 volts grade. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, taking out, removing old existing unserviceable LT underground cable and Supplying, Laying, jointing and testing new XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/ ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. Complete all as specified and as directed of size 3.5 core 50 sqmm.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/ stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of LT cables punning after filling. Complete as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ISI marked, class, LV, Type I flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid dry in trenches over under ground cables. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of Galvanised pipe, light grade, of size 80 mm dia including necessary fittings laid in trenches/ fixed on wall/ pole for LT cable protection and taking down the old GI pipe. Complete all as specified and as directed for cable protection.

Material & Labour for HT 11 KV, heat shrink sleeves of suitable size for overhead conductor. Complete all as specified and as directed.
