Suppy of Store for Chain Link Fence

Structural steel post of angle iron 60 x 60 x 5mm, 3.6m long as per IS 2062-1984, including fabrication of 0.75m long top portion for swan neck at 30 degree to vertical, including making six round holes of 15mm dia on vertical posts for fixing of nuts and bolts and three Nos of 15mm dia holes for fixing strut and four Nos notches on the swan neck (as shown in drg) and welding of two Nos of 16mm MS rod each of 0.23 mtr length to bottom end of picket for anchorage including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint for exposed surface of angle above GL complete and two coats of bituminous paint embedded portion of angle 0.45m. Make of Steel : Jindal/SAIL/TATA.

Structural steel joint angle iron 60 x 60 x 5mm, 3.70 mtr long, weight as per IS 2065-1984+B12 including fabrication for strut post bending at top portion including making three Nos hole of 15mm dia including 0.23 mtr 16mm dia MS rod two piece to be welded at bottom for anchoring purpose including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint for exposed surface of angle above GL and two coats of bituminous paint for exposed surface of angle above GL and two coats of bituminous paint for stud 0.45 mtr below GL for one side of the post. Make of Steel : Jindal/SAIL/TATA.

Galvanised two strand steel barbed wire (line wire) 4000 RM of 2.24mm diameter of wire, barb at 75mm spacing. The barbs are (point wire) 02mm thick wire shall be ISI marked as per IS:278 of 1978 (Third revision) with amdt No 1 to 4. The points of barbs shall be sharp. The line and point wires shall be circular in section free from scales and point wires shall be circular in section free from scales and defects and shall be uniformity Galvalium. The barbed wire shall be manufactured as per clause 11.2.1 and 11.2.2 respectively of IS specification cited above read with IS 4826/79 (first revision) 37.00 Kg per boundle.

Galvanised steel chain link fence fabric of mesh size 125mm x 125mm (+/-) 4mm of 4.00mm nominal diameter. The size of chain link fence fabric shall be 2.4 mtr x 15 mtr mesh wire. Galvalium chain link shall be manufacture as per IS 4823.

MS flat of 40 x 3 mm, 2.4 m long with 6 holes of 15mm dia, all as per drg including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of syntheic enamel paint. 3.02 Kg per flat. Make of Steel : Jindal / SAIL / TATA .

Mild steel bolts with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end fitted with one nut and two washers. The bolts shall be 12mm dia and 50mm long.

MS round bars 10mm dia with hook on sides made to shape including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Supply of IP 65 modular box made of impact resistance plastic and heat resistance materials of size 136 x 253 x 115 mm with transperent lid including provision of MCB SP 2.5 Amp, terminal 4 way connector and fixing to the street light pole/pipe with suitable sizes of clamps, nuts amd bolts.
