Material and labour for Testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil of indoor/outdoor type transformer of various capacity from 25KVA to 500KVA of 60 Nos , 11KV/433 volt, filteration of transformer oil by passing through filtration plant to remove moisture, gas, impurities and improving di-electic strength to above 60 KV for 1 minute including new transformer oil for toping up & testing after filtration complete as specified. (Note: Transformer oil will be measured & paid seperately.)

Supply and replacement of transformer oil confirming to IS 335,having dielectric strength 60 KV completely including opening of top plate of transformer and refixing all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Material and labour for bring the van mounted full automated underground cable fault locator machine at site for find out HT cable fault in underground HT cable of any length completely including taking down of cable and refixing of cable as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (a) Fault machine,cable & T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (b) Cable jointing kit for HT/LT is measured separately

Supply and fixing in repair of breather with silica gel of indoor/outdoor type transformer 100KVA to 500KVA, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 11KV fuse wire of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for lightning arresters nominal discharge current Peak 65 KA rating, suitable for operation on HT 11000 volts system, comprising of zinc oxide disks, electrodes, fibre re-in forced composite structure, non tracking weather resistant shedded heat shrinked polymeric housing for withstanding from the effects of pollution, rain, heat etc, and with moisture seal , stainless steel bolts and nuts, stainless steel end fitting cups and fixing arrangements,all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for shifting of transformer from power house to site and installation on two pole structure or PCC block including connceting incoming HT and LT line , earthing conncetion and removing damaged unservicable transformer to power all as specfied and directed

supply and fix HT 11KV outdoor type mechanically operated air break switch suitable for Horizontal mounting fixed type with GI operating rod of suitable length and size complete 9 porcelain insulator of rating upto 400A 11000V along with lock arrangment ,MS clamp, Bolts, Nuts, and washer etc and also including dropout explusion type fuse and insulator set , rating suitable fuse ,including paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complte all as specfied and directed.

Supply and erection of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates,equal channel, anchor for stay wire,stay strand fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed all as specfied and directed

Material and labour for comprehensive maintanence of any capacity from 63KVA to 250KVA transformer any type, Opening the top cover of the transformer carefully at site/ workshop and draining of transformer oil, and removing the core and windings for finding out the fault and refixing the same after repairs, refilling and or topping up with new transformer oil confirming to IS-335 of 1993 having suitable dielectric strength ,including all tests of transformer to be done as per standared, cleaning of transformer & its parts using proper cleaner if transformer can not be repaired, the same shall be transported to workshop to carry out repair & rewinding and back as approved by Engineer-in-Charge completely Note : 1) Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separetely. 2) Spare parts will be measured & paid in appropiate item of schedule. 3) Opening and assembling of transformer shall be carried out at the presense of officials. 4) Labour charges shall be deemmed to be included for replacement of parts mentioned here-in-before/ here-in-after. 5)Test Report after concluding all test shall be submitted with duly signed by licensed technician. 6) Transporation shall be deemed to be include in quoted rate.

Removal of burnt HT coil winding and replacement of the same with new copper wire coil including necessary insulation material like impregnated paper or super enamelled and keeping the core and windings in to the hot air oven till the moisture evaporate and achieving proper insulation resistance complete all as directed.(Note: only weight of copper used in winding is measured)

(ii) On teting after complataion of earthing , if the desired earth resistance is not obatined the earthing wiil be re done by the contractor at his on risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engr - in - charge.

Supply and Fixing cable route indicator for HT cable 6 mm thick cast iron plate of size 100 mm dia welded to MS angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm and embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 block size 150 x 150 x 150 mm duly painted with brown synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty)11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95Sqmm 3core and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note :- Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid separately.

Cutting existing road surface or hard standing ,bituminous topping 15cm but n exc 30cm girth for laying of pipes/Cables and making good distrubed surface to match with existing complete

Supply and Fixing GI pipe, light grade, of size 80 mm dia including necessary fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/pole for LT cable protection and complete all as speicifed and directed for cable protection .

Supply and fix/stringing aluminium conductor steel reinforced, any cross sectional area as per site requirment including material and labour all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type VCB/outdoor RMU (4 way) 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of capacity 400/630 Amps from location and repair /overhauling including replacement of damaged minor spare parts and carrying out with the following all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Major spare parts will be measured & paid seperately (i) Inspecting / overhauling of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw,motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly switch assembly,replacement of damaged control wiring DC/AC for smooth function of VCB,testing of contact resistance, insulation resistance and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of tripping assembly,earth fault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system,replacment of control wire fuse,MCB and connected accesories all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective position & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete. (v) Overhauling, calibration and secondary injection of over current earth fault relays/release on each multiple setting readjustment by artificial load complete all as specified including testing complete.
