REPAIRS AND RESURFACING OF EXISTING ROAD , ROAD FURNITURE ITEMS IN CERTAIN UNIT LOCATION AND VARIOUS LOCATION UNDER AGE B/R-I AT MILITARY STATION BHUJ

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exceeding 50mm deep and area not exc. 100 mm deep area not exceeding 400 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for n exc 75mm thick bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using Hot Mix Plant & Mechanical Paver with @4% (paving bitumen (VG 30 grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Soft stones such as lime stones, sand stones, slate stones etc will not be allowed to be incorporaeted in the work.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 7.5 Kg/ 10 Sqm of surface using paving bitumen complete.

Material and labour for preparing the black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 2.5 Kg per 10 sqm of surface using paving bitumen complete.

Material and labour for laying consolidating bituminious Premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) any penetration rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc with mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller all as directed complete.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking paint 1.5 mm to 2mm thick centre lines,stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n exc. 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair solar dealineator of 1000mm height made of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium body height 165mm, diameter 95mm comprises of 4 super LEDs which give 360 degree viewing, solar panel 2.4V, 250 MA (approx) 1.2 V rechargeable battery - 1 Number and mounted on mild steel pipe of 50mm outer dia duly powder coated with an anti theft wire mesh provided over it for extra protection (MODEL : DA 112 or techno commercially equivalent) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note: Excavation for bed block of size 150X150X200 mm filling with concrete 1:3:6 and clearing of the area shall be included in the rate quoted).

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model Number DA 972.0 make Dark Eye or Equivalent of 3M fixed with incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions including removal of existing complete.

Supply and fixing in repair of speed breaker made of ABS material with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed to on to the speed breaker of size 750mm x 75mm x 250mm including surface to be make level as parential surfaces including dismantling/ taking out of any type rusted/ broken speed breaker complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 60mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 Watt, one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600 MA) consisting of six super bright LED with 10,000 mcd to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions including taking out old cat eyes and removal from site etc all as specified and as directed.
