Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 (fifty) metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate) or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305 & 1603 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing in laying mechanically mixed and virbrated concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundations complete in road work as per drawings and MORD technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 using P.C.C. grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix (1:3:6) (One cement : Three sand : Six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetres) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work, as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size), on ground or under water for all type of structure, in R/wall / B/wall and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying concrete for all heights/depths including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 100mm (Hundred millimeter) dia P.V.C pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 1206.6 and as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing & Technical Specification Clause-1204.3.8 Granular material and as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete including carriage of material within all leads and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying Cement concrete for M -20 ( twenty) desing mix as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 1:2:4 (One cement isto Two sand isto Four graded/crushed stone aggregate) 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size in road work including entire carriage of materials and within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Coursed rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
