Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set water cooled of capacity 200 KVA, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts,1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC turret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design thereby facilitating /easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by National Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-IV+) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories as recommended by manufacturer, vibration pad, tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply & install, testing and commissioning, factory made, CPRI approved factory made LT panel indoor KIOSK type with double doors of suitable size provided with locking arrangements dust, weather and vermin proof 1100 volt grade, 50 Hz AC made out by 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for load bearing and 2 mm thick for non load bearing, fully compartmentalised, with IP-65 protection complete with and 40x40x5 mm thick angle iron for frame and legs, 04 Nos. legs 600 mm long 300 mm grouted in PCC blocks of type B-1 (1:2:4) , for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply complete all as directed with and including the following :-

Supply and fix double compression copper gland for fixing armoured cable of 3½ core 120 sq mm size in panel

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for termination joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm ,Indoor/Outdoor type

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode in 60 cm x 60 cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connecting to and including GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer light grade 40 mm dia GI protection pipe and connected to equipment, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia for watering an including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including Rocksalt, charcoal, excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil shown as plate No 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 and all as specified complete. Note : - The unit rate quoted shall deemed to have included for GI protection pipe, GI earth strip up to 7.5 mtr, GI water pipe, wire mesh , funnel , excavation & RCC pit cover complete.
