Labour charges for fabrication of bracket assembly for sump pumps at head/tail end and middle of 1A/B,1C/D,2A1/B1 and 6A/B conveyors

Labour charges for reconditioning of impeller casing of sump pump by turning of the given impeller casing to make uniform surface and fabrication of cast iron bush assembly to suit in the impeller casing including Material and machining charges.

Labour charges for removal, servicing, re fixing and erection of sump pumps at head/tail end and middle of 1A/B,1C/D, 2A1/B1 and 6A/B conveyors

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail or else necessary action will be initiated
