SCHEDULE `A' PART-XIII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 13 to 51. The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING

Dismantling of 2.24 mm dia GI barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling only galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 1050 mmdia (Dia of coil while unstretched) and refixed to angle iron with and including 2.50 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing earthen traverse depositing the earth obtained at suitable place as directed by GE and transporting the same for forming embankment by any means or methodology.

TRAVERSE WALL

S & F Geocell light weighted honeycomb cell depth 100mm, expended cell width 508mm and expended cell length 475mm as per manufacture direction complete all as specified.

Supply only approved earth brought from outside MD land upto the location of new embankment.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Taking down main switch/DB’s of any size and any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 650/ 1100 volts grade confirming to IS 1536-1977 multi-stranded 4.0 Sqmm single core copper conductor drawn through metallic conduit and 1 run of 4 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of conductor with one run of earth wire incl metallic conduit shall be measured as one unit incl taking down existing submain wiring

Material and labour for sub main wiring with four runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 650/ 1100 volts grade confirming to IS 1536-1977 multi-stranded 10.0 Sqmm single core copper conductor drawn through metallic conduit and 2 run of 10 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement MCB, SPN, 240 volts, 40 Amps, 10 KA capacity 'C' series, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, TP, 240 volts, 40 Amps, 10 KA capacity 'C' series, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, SP, 240 volts, 6-32 Amps, 10 KA capacity 'C' series, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED Flood lights 200 Watt, high efficiency long life LED module with SMD LED package pressure die cast aluminium housing (heat sink) for efficient thermal management, sturdiness and excellent corrosion resistance. SS hardwares, silicon gasket for maintaining ingress protection. Lumen Efficiency >145 lm/W and viewing angle 120 degree, IP67 protection with electronic LED driver can withstand over voltage protection and surge voltage protection suitable for highlighting architectural fascade highmast and general lighting including up to 2.5 mtr twin core copper conductor for connection of flood light fitting from LT OH line complete all as specified and directed. EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machineincluding HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitablefor 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rates quoted for T & P are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking up/down of HT cable of size 3X95 sqmm and connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of HT cable of size 3X95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning LT Feeder distribution panel (CPRI Approved), of outdoor distribution panel floor mounted cubical type dust proof, weather proof, vermin proof, astehically designed, having at least IP-54 degree of ingress protection, fabricated from 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening including bus bar chamber having continuous GI strip earth bus bar 4 strips of copper bus bar 200 Amps capacity, insulated colour sleeves, porcelain/ epoxy insulators, rail channels cable alloy, danger notice board including angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 60mm, 30 cm grouted in PCC and 45 cm above PCC plateform including necessary excavation , foundation, PCC (1:2:4) etc complete with locking arrangement duly powder coated with provisioning of incoming and outgoing cable, suitable lugs, nuts, bolts, washers and cable joint, prewired complete with PVC insulated fire retardent copper conductor cable complete. The panel shall be comprising of the following:- (a) MCCB, TPN, 100 Amp capacity with thermal type setting 25 KA rupturing capacity 415 volts, 50 Hz - 01 No (incoming) (b) MCCB, TPN, 63 Amps, 16 KA-01No,MCB TPN 32 Amps -01 No (outgoing).

Supply and fixing LED Flood lights, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative, die cast aluminium IP66 flood light with high power 120 Watt LEDs as light source, suitable for highlighting architectural facade highmast and general lighting having LED in built control gear including up to 2.5 mtr twin core copper conductor for connection of flood light fitting from LT OH line/ ceiling rose complete all as specifeid and directed. Make :- Havells, Cat Part No: JETAIRISFLS 120WLED757SYMLT G or equaivalent from Appx 'B'.

Taking down of old unserviceable LT panel with connected items all complete all as specifeid and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Taking down of DI pipe of size 150 mm complete all as specifeid and directed.

Relaying of DI pipe 150mm complete all as specifeid and directed.

Supply and laying 150mm dia ductile iron (DI) pressure pipes with spigot and socketed ends, class K-7 , ISI marked (IS 8329-2000), internally lined with cement mortar as per IS 8329-2000, externally coated with Zinc 130gsm and finishing layer of bitumen (70 microns) as per IS 8329-2000, jointing with and including rubber gasket joints; including fixing of fittings with and including suitable jointing material, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement 100mm dia ductile iron (DI) pressure pipes with spigot and socketed ends, class K-9 , ISI marked (IS 8329-2000), internally lined with cement mortar as per IS 8329-2000, externally coated with Zinc 130gsm and finishing layer of bitumen (70 microns) as per IS 8329-2000, jointing with and rubber gasket joints, incl fixing of fittings and incl suitable jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old U/S GI pipe including fittings of size 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,install ,testing and commissioning Submersible pump ,electric driven 415 V TP, AC supply,50Hz. 1500 RPM,with a capacity of 5WHP minimum head 15 mtr and minimum LPS 15 all as specified and directed Model No- Eterna 3700CW or equaivalent from Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing flat PVC insulated and PVC sheathed water proof 3 core 6 sqmm nominal section area stranded copper conductor for Submersible Pump Motors incuding connection upto star delta starter complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Havells, Cat Part No :- WHPNDSKG3016 or equaivalent from Appx 'B'.

S & F DOL starter 3 phase, 415V 50 HZ suitable for 5 HP submersible pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only DI fittings like bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight /bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch cross, collars, caps & plugs for size upto 300mm bore of DI pipe.

ROAD/HARD STANDING/PQC/TAXI TRACK/TOE WALL &PCC FLOORING

Material and labour for 150mm thick(compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) in two layers, (each layer 75mm thick) with coarse aggregate as specified in MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver roller of capacity 08 to 10 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) of compressive strength not less than 10 Mpa at 7 days for each consecutive group of 5 cube or individual strength of cube shall not be less than 7.5 Mpa at 7 days using Table 600-1 for grading of aggregate minimum cement content shall not be less than 240Kg/Cum as per MORTH.IRC specification 49 including spreading and compacted by using mechanical vibratory roller of capacity 08 to 10 tonnes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 400 micron thick HDPE sheet white/light colour over and including VG-10@3kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of thickness 250mm , of flexural strength 45 Kg/ Sqcm in field as per design mix (with maximum size of coarse aggregates upto 40mm), using minimum 400 Kg/cum and not exceeding 450 Kg/cumof cement including triangular/non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement including form work for butt nosing, rounding off edges , curing , spread and compacted by using slip form paver complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of admixture required as per design mix shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix).

(ii) Polyster triangular/non circular synthetic fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid for separtely under respective item of this schedule. However, mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix). (iii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iv) Deduction shall be made in PQC for quantity for expansion joints.

Supply only polyster triangular fibres /non circular fibres 12mm thick having tensile strength 4000-6000 Kg/cm2, designed for melting point more than 250 degree celsius @ 0.25% by weight of cement in controlled pavement quality cement concrete and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming while concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Materiel and labour for forming 25mm thick expansion joint by full depth diamond cutter, filled with board, applying bond breaker tape on top of board for complete depth of joint i.e. the thickness of concrete slab, provision of closed celled polyurathane backup rod 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 20 mm), complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003 priming the sides minimum MAF or 30% with ten years performance quarantee and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Materiel and labour forming construction joint, 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter), providing polythene backup rod 12mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant 12mm), complying with BS: 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003 priming the sides minimum MAF + 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant as shown on drawing and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming contraction (dummy joint), 100mm deep and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant 12mm) complying with BS: 5212 and fixing 10mm dia polyurethane rod and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant in position as required complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new concrete surface and painting with two coats of road marking water base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

COMPOUND WALL/FENCING

Laying only punched type concertina coil 1050 dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing punched type concertina coil 1050 dia complete all as specified and directed.
