Wagon Tippler - Big size coal breaking during the unloading of coal wagon by wagon tippler and feeding all coal into the Apron Feeder hopper , removing any stone & foreign particles like iron rod , any metals etc, cleaning of wagon tippler area, cleaning of wagon tippler control Room.
Stone picking (BC2A/2B) - Picking and removing of stone and other foreign material from running belt from designated area and to keep it at designated place.
All Conveyors – From Apron Feeder of Wagon Tippler to Travelling Tripper Floor (TP-8) - Cleaning of conveyor belt (Direct path and reclaim path) and surrounding areas such as belt floor etc. Removing of coal dust and other particles from floor and sides. Loading of all cleaned coal material on to the conveyor.
All Transfer Points including Coal Crusher House - Cleaning of all Coal Transfer points including Coal Crusher house. Cleaning of Coal crusher in case of crusher jam. Loading of all cleaned coal onto the conveyor.
Stacker Reclaimer Area - Cleaning of all areas of Stacker Reclaimer including the Conveyor, tracks and side drains. Removal of any spillage coal back to coal yard.
