Providing complete Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for third-party supervision, quality control, measurement recording, for structural rehabilitation works at Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, including full-time deployment of key technical personnel at site: Deployment of Minimum Four experience personnel(s) - (Including all salaries, allowances, site office expenses, safety gear, local transport, reporting overheads, and compliance as per tender conditions) Supervsion During execution : Deployment of Minimum Three experience personnel(s) for supervision of works during actual execution. (Two Personnel for civil Rehabilitation works and one personal for electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Utility works & All other Allied Electrical Works ) Monitoring of the work for compliance with approved designs and methodologies, Full-time site supervision, checking repair techniques, structural safety compliance, daily progress reporting to RSRDC office and Raj. High Court Registrar, and quality monitoring. Record measurements of all BOQ Items : Deployment of Minimum one experience personnel(s) for record measurement of BOQ items during actual execution including quantuity verification, bill checking and submission of executing agency to RSRDC office. Prapration of Technical Documents : Preparation and submission of daily logs, Fortnightely reports, Photographics records, Reapired area drawings, power point presentation releted to project as per directions of RSRDC Engineer Incharge, All Technical Supports. Regular checks, progress reporting, and technical guidance during execution. A satisfactory work completion certificate of each area shall be issued after the completion of the supervision work at site
