JOB ITEMS

Transportation of suitable truck mounted ODEX/DTH drilling rig machine with all necessary accessories connecting T&P required for drilling and erection of rig including leveling etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer In charge for installation of hand pump.

Drilling of bores as per IS: 2800-1979 using ODEX-115 (TUBEX) attachment required for drilling in alluvial, boulder, pebbles, gravel, rocky stone, sticky clay etc. including cost of attachments, consumable stores, bit, water, POL etc. complete with system of simultaneous lowering of 125 mm nominal bore, 5.4 mm thick MSERW Fincut casing pipe which will be welded together using 2.5 mm or 3.25 mm dia electrodes with plain ends and other end champhared to 500 removing paint on the area to be welded inclusive of the cost of biodegradable and nontoxic from flush etc. excluding cost of MSERW Fincut casing pipe, casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer Incharge.

Drilling of 115 mm dia bores as per IS: 2800-1979 using DTH attachment from bottom of casing shoe to required depth in alluvial, boulder, pebbles, gravel, rocky stone, sticky clay etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer Incharge or Hydrogeologist.

Installation of India Mark II hand pump complete stand head assembly with 32 mm dia riser pipe etc. complete in all respect excluding cost of riser pipe & India Mark II hand pump as per direction of Engineer In charge.

Embossing & Painting on hand pump following information regarding identification of HP on Aluminum Plate size 100 x 150 x 3 mm and plate shall be riveted with the hand pump at appropriate point inclusive cost of materials. Fixing of packer screen/hand pump guard jacket screen in bore well and development and yield testing with air compressor through 'V’notch and disinfection etc. complete in all respect as per IS: 2800-1979 excluding cost of materials as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Fixing of pre-cast RCC platform 1.2 meter dia with standing base 60 x 60 cm and pre-cast RCC drain upto 3.0 meters consisting 1.0 meter length of each drain excluding cost of materials etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply of all labour, T&P for construction of soak pits with each hand pump of size 1.0 meter dia and 1.5 meter depth etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer In charge.

Supply of all labour, T&P and construction of percolation pits as per design and drawing, above the level of hand pump to receive rain water for ground water recharging as per direction of Engineer In charge.

Hydro geological survey of site including complete survey report.

Quality testing of water received from Hand pump as per BIS(IS:10500)-2012

Material

Supply of suitable casing shoe of EN 24 steel as per requirement of ODEX attachment etc. complete in all respect or as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply of suitable bit tube of 67 cms in length made out of seamless casing pipe as per requirement of ODEX attachment etc. complete in all respect or as per direction of Engineer In charge.

Supply of ISI marked India Mark II/ Extra Deep hand pump conforming to IS: 9301 consisting of head assembly, cylinder assembly and 12 mm x 3 mtrs 8 Nos. connecting rods etc. complete in all respect or as per direction of Engineer In charge.

Supply of connecting rod 12 mm x 3 mtrs as per requirement or as per direction of Engineer In charge.
