TENDER FOR NEW CATERING STALL ON PLATFORM NO 2/3 OF ANAND RAILWAY STATION.

The bidder would submit audited balance sheet and profitand loss account or IncomeTaxreturns of previousthree (3)financial years.i.e. (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25), duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

For GMU at A1/A/B/C class stations the bidder must have minimum annual turnover of 3 times of Indicative License Feein any one of the previous three financial years from catering business

For GMU at A1/A/B/C class stations the bidder must have profit or loss+accumulated reserves + share capital of minimum Rs. 3 lakh in the previous three financial years.

The Bidder should be women either an individual or sole-proprietor firm or aPartnership Firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932 with all partners as women. The bidder shall furnish self-attested copy of Government approved Identity Proof, such as AADHAAR CARD.

Specify the Legal Status of the women bidder: Individual Women / Sole Proprietor firm owned by Women /Registered Partnership Firm having all women partners. In case of Firm, registered under the Partnership Act., 1932; Please enclose details of partners along with certificate of registration, details of their business and partnership deed etc. duly attested by Notary .

PAN Number of the bidder(Please enclose the self attested photocopy of PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department).

GSTIN Number of the bidder(Please enclose the attested photocopy of GST Registration Certificate issued by relevant authorities).

For GMU at A1/A ,B & C Category stations, the Bidder should have a minimum of three (3)years of cateringbusiness experience.

FSSAI certificate.

Domicile Certificate of the bidder (essential only for bidders wishing to be considered for relevant score) Proof to be attached.

Aadhaar of the authorized signatory.

PF registration of the bidder if applicable as per Govt of India EPF Act, amended from time to time. (Please enclose attested photo copy of certificate issued by Provident fund commissioner)

Covering Letter comprising the Bid (Annexure - A/1) duly filled and signed.

Mandatory Information for Eligibility (Annexure - A/2) duly filled and signed.

Affidavit on number of catering units held over Vadodara Division of Western Railway (Annexure - A/3) to be submitted on nonjudicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- and duly attested by a notary public.

Techno-Commercial Experience of the bidder (Annexure - A/4)duly filled and signed

Form Tech-1 Turnover of the bidder from catering business in the preceding 3 financial years.

Form Tech - 2 Average financial standing of the Bidder in the preceding 3 financial years.

Self-Declaration Form for Techno- Commercial Experience(Annexure-A/5) duly filled and signed.

Power of Attorney for signing of Bid (Annexure - A/6).

Declaration for solvency (Annexure-A/8) Affidavit Self- Declaration Form to be submitted on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.100 and duly attested by a notary public.

Domicile certificate of the bidder (as per proof submitted by the bidder) essential only for bidders wishing to be considered for relevant score.
