Skilled Security Personnel (Gun Man) [ 1 (one) no. Skilled Security Personnel (Gun Man) to be deployed at Chalachchitra Satabarsha Bhaban (Cinema Centenary Building) during night shift for the term of three years on renewable annual contract basis and on 24 x 7 basis. Total 365 (three hundred sixty five) shifts (eight and half hours per shift) in a calendar year].Remuneration at daily rate of Minimum Wages as notified / revised from time to time by the Labour Commissioner, West Bengal will be paid. The present daily rate of minimum wages vides Order 28 /Stat/2RW/9/2022/LCS /JLC dt. 28/07/2023 of Labour Commissioner, West Bengal , is furnished below : Each Skilled Security Personnel - Rs.11,836/-. In addition to minimum wages, the following statutory amounts will be paid - (i) Employer’s share of EPF, (ii) E.S.I., (iii) Bonus bonus@ 8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue.A particular Gun Man shall not be deployed more than 26 days during any calendar month of the contract period. The Agency/ Firms should be capable of arranging suitable replacement of Gun Man for the rest four/ five days during a calendar month. Semi Skilled Security Personnel [1 (One) Security Supervisor] [ 1 (one) no. Security Supervisor to be deployed at Chalachchitra Satabarsha Bhaban [Cinema Centenary Building] , Tollygunge, during day shift for the term of three years on renewable annual contract basis and on 24 x 7 basis. Total 365 (three hundred sixty five) shifts (eight and half hours per shift) in a calendar year].Remuneration at daily rate of Minimum Wages as notified / revised from time to time by the Labour Commissioner, West Bengal will be paid. In addition to minimum wages, the following statutory amounts will be paid - (i) Employer’s share of EPF, (ii) E.S.I., (iii) Bonus bonus@ 8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue.A particular Security Supervisor shall not be deployed more than 26 days during any calendar month of the contract period. The Agency/ Firms should be capable of arranging suitable replacement of Security Supervisor for the rest four/ five days during a calendar month. The present daily rate of minimum wages vides Order No. 27/Stat/5/RW/12/2022/LCS/JLC dt.28/07/2023 of Labour Commissioner, West Bengal , is furnished below : Each Unskilled Housekeeping Personnel - Rs.9,784/-. In addition to minimum wages, the following statutory amounts will be paid - (i) Employer’s share of EPF, (ii) E.S.I., (iii) Bonus bonus@ 8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue Any particular Unskilled Housekeeping Personnel shall not be deployed more than 26 days during any calendar month of the contract period.
