Cutting of wild growth bushes, grass, small cripers & climbers from compund wall height of 3.00 M level,paver block ,concrete flooring , etc. completely from root level by spade and disposing of all the dry grass and vegetation outside the Danteshwar housing colony premises and sufficently away from colony premises at the risk and cost of the contractor including cost of all tools & tackles, safety appliances, Tractor, trailer, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery including cost of power hydra or crane, necessary arrangements etc. for cutting of branches of trees having nominal diameter as specified below including general trimming up to 5.0Mtr height and cutting of branches at all heights, disposing of all cut branches, rubbish, sweeping of leaves etc. complete and transporting to the dumping ground/designated place within/nearby the colony up to a lead of 3 KM, depositing bigger size branches in plant premises or as directed by the Engineer by deploying required man power, power tools &tackles, skilled operators and by observing /meeting all the safety requirements/ norms etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:-1) Size of the branch measured for payment purpose is based on the cutting made on the tree only. Contractor shall cut the fallen branch in to pieces of suitable size for the ease of handling and dispose it as directed by the Engineer. Nothing extra is paid on this account. Note:2) For ensuring safely execution and monitoring of works, supervise the job, receiving day to day instructions from the department officials, deployment/redeployment of manpower as needed and obtaining the signatures of Departments representative and Engineer In Charge as per the specifications and scheduled work plan a semiskilled person shall be deputed by contractor on all working days as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Rate quoted should be inclusive of this and nothing extra will be paid on this account. Note:3) Electricity will be made available at the nearest point wherever available.Contractor will have to manage extension of connection from that point and nothing extra will be paid on this account. In remote areas contractor shall arrange for petrol operated cutter for trimmimg of the branches.

Cutting of tree branches of all nominal diameter up to 30 CM to 60 CM.

Cutting of tree branches of nominal diameter above 60 CM to 120 CM.

Earth work in excavation in all types of soils for foundation, trenches or drains below given depth and including cost of backfilling & getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated earth outside the plant premises at risk and cost of the Contractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. (0.00 to 1.5 M depth)

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:2:4) (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of approved quality in foundation, plinth, payements, (plinth beams and under floor)including ramming, leveling, curing, form work wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all heights upto a maximum height of 15 mtrs. With welded/bolted connection to all structural steel works for platform, stairs, ladders, beams, joints, bracings, columns, built up Section, angle posts etc. by using plates, beams, channels, angles, pipes, etc. conforming to IS 2062 of approved manufacturer like SAIL/TATA/Vizag/Essar, etc. including cost of all material labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, eltc. and painting with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Removing of old scrap barbed wire from existing angle post of Compound wall up to 3.50 M height & Providing and fixing new 12G, 2 ply, 4 barbed (wt. @ 9.38 kg/100M) G.I. barbed wires fixed to the M.S. angles posts in specified rows including fixing with G.I. `U' nails to angle posts, etc. complete as directed.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
