Carrying out Fogging operation for adult mosquitoes all around the Plant buildings, office buildings, Stores, Yards, Workshops, Stores, Pump House, Sub-station, Fire Staff Colony, Administration Building, Gate Offices, etc. covering entire plant area ( Approx. 88600 Sqm.) once in every fortnight using mixture of 1 litre of Pyrethrum extract 2% minimum mixed in 20 litres of diesel including cost of fogging machine, labours, material, etc. as directed by the Engineer.

Carrying out fogging operation around all buildings of Nizampura housing colony of HWBF Vadodara (Approx. area 12520 Sqm.) to prevent the pests & ingress of outside moquitoes once in every fortnight using mixture of 1 litre of Pyrethrum extract 2% minimum mixed in 20 litres of diesel including cost of fogging machine, labours, material, etc. as directed by the Engineer.

Carrying out Indoor residual spray in the following Offices/Public Buildings covering all floors and rooms to eradicate mosquitoes insects, etc. inside the Buildings once in a month by using 2 litre of Malathion 50% EC (Minimum) or Deltamethrin 2.8% EC or approved quivalent mixed with 20 litres of water including cost of all material, labour, spraying machines, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.

Carrying out indoor / outdoor residual spray in the houses and public building to Curb the menace of mosquitoes,cockroaches,bed bugs and other domestic pests,etc. for entire Nizampura Housing colony of HWBF Vadodara (Approx. area 12520 Sqm.), once in a month by using 1 litre of Malathion 50% EC (Minimum) or Deltamethrin 2.8% EC or approved quivalent mixed with 10 litres of water including cost of all material, labour, spraying machines, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.

Providing rodent control treatment at the desired places in plant building, like Control Room, Substation, UPS Room, Stores, Library, Dispensary, Canteen, Administration Building, etc. as directed including baiting, Trapping, burrow treatment using minimum 150 gm. of rodenticide i.e. Once in a month, including throwing dead/alive rodents immediately outside plant premises sufficiently away as directed.

Providing control treatment for Crickets/insects during and after monsoon in the plant structure, effluent drains, floors, buildings, etc. by spraying approved pesticides and collecting all the dead insects from floor, drains, etc. and disposing suitably in the plant premises, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer. (Structures covered are Main Plant, Compressor House, 26 Unit, Utility Area, DM Water Plant and Front end).

Removal of Honey Bee Combs from Industrial Buildings, Shades, Structures , Nizampura HWBF housing colony , public buildings up to a height of 45 mtrs. by using Eco-friendly chemical of reputed brand with suggestd dilusion as recommended by the company, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying Chemical emulsion of chloropyriphos/ lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20% etc complete and as directed by the Engineer

Treatment of existing masonry using chlorpyriphos/Lindane EC 20% with 1% concentration @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1cement : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole at HWP plant site and Nizampura HWBF housing colonies buildings etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Treatment at points of Contract of wood work/floors/walls etc by spraying chemical emulsion in oil or kerosene based solution @ 1 litres per sqm using Chlorpyriphos/Lindane EC 20% with 1% concentration of the exposed surface at HWBF plant site and Nizampura HWBF housing colonies buildings etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Carrying out cock roach control spray once in a month in canteen area, Toilet blocks & conference room etc inside the specifie buildings by using DISINFESTPRUF to give a uniform spray and Fiprovil Gel at the places to disrupt the breading cycle. The chemical used will be approved by WHOPES, HACCP, CGMP, COSHH at HWP plant site etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer NOTE (applicable for all the items): (1) All tools,tackeles,safety related PPE's like Helmet,belt,shoes,safety roof ladder etc.will be arranged by the Contractor by his own riskand cost. (2) All the Scaffolding material, erection & removal shall be in the scope of the Contractor. (3) Test certificate for all the chemicals shall be submitted and the material shall be approved by the EIC. Consumables & chemicals should be deposited in the designated departmental Store prior to commencing pest control operations. Chemicals should be mixed in prescribed manufacturer specification in presence of departmental representative. The contractor should maintain minimum inventory of consumables in the departmental store as per the directions of EIC.
