Running, operation & maintenance of all Internal & External electrical installations, installed at Terminal Building, ATC Building, Fire Station, DVOR, Power House, Operational Area, Apron, City Side, Airport Colony and Car Parking etc. including Airport Colony as per inventory of Electrical installation with deputing following minimum manpower per day (on all days excluding Sunday / Weekly offs) alongwith required T&P and sundries etc. complete as required (a) Supervisor - Highly Skilled - 01 No. - General Shift (06 Days in a Week) (b) Wireman - Skilled - 06 Nos. (06 Days in a Week) (c) Assistant Operator-Semi Skilled-08 Nos. (06 Days in a Week) (d) Helper - Unskilled - 07 Nos. (06 Days in a Week) Note: The Tenderers have to consider the cost of Uniforms, Log Books, Consumables, Tools And Tackles etc. as per tender conditions in the Quoted Rates.

Supply of EHV grade transformer oil (BDV - Minimum 50KV) with test report for topping up of transformers / MOCBs / RMUs etc. as required.

Carring out BDV (Break Down Voltage) Test of Transformer Oil and submission of Test reports etc. complete as required.

Filtration /Dehydration of Transformer oil at site so as to attain dielectric strength as specified in IS 335/1983 after filtration for BDV instantaneous & one minute withstand, carrying out acidity test of the sample after dehydration i/c transportation of dehydration machine at site and submission of report etc. complete as required.

Servicing and Overhauling of HT, OCB Make GEC, ALSTHOM, 11KV, 350MVA, 400Amp, 3Phase, 50Hz including testing of tripping mechanism, checking breaker operations, control wirings and fault rectification etc. alongwith lumbrication of moveable parts and cleaning of jaw contacts etc and replacement of defective parts as per site requrement. (Spare parts will be provided by AAI or paid extra) (Rate Job per Unit per Year)

Testing and calibration of following HT panel Voltage and Current Operated relays including secondary injection testing and settings once in a year, submitting test reports etc. complete as required. (The work shall be carried out from experienced relay calibration agency.) (Rate Unit per Year)

Rewinding of single phase motors of ceiling Fan/ Exhaust / wall mounted fan i/c credit for dimantled winding, replacement of defective bearings / bushing, Greasing, varnishing and transportation (to and fro) etc. complete as required.

Lifting & lowering of submersible motor pump set including associated GI pipes from borewell by arranging tripod and pulley apparatus and reinstallation, lowering, testing of motor pump set etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of 7.5 HP three phase submersible motor pump set i/c credit for dimantled winding, replacement of bearings, varnishing and transportation (to and fro) etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of 10 HP three phase submersible motor pump set i/c credit for dimantled winding, replacement of bearings, varnishing and transportation (to and fro) etc. complete as required.

Complete overhauling of submersible pump by carrying out balancing of pump shaft and cutting of key slots, repairs to bowl assembly etc. complete in all respects and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (New spares/parts shall be provided or paid extra)

Supply & carrying out of B-check (Lube/Engine Oil, Fuel Filter, Oil Filter, Toppat Gasket Covers etc.) of mobile DG Set as per manufacturers recommendations etc. complete i/c service charges & the servicing shall be provided from Authorised dealer for 10 KVA (Ashoka Leyland) make DG set.

Annual Comprehensive, repair & maintenance of 50 LPH R.O. Unit units including supply replacement of filters, pumps, membranes and all other spares including repair/replacement of electronic components as per site requirement and additional visits during the contract period as per site requirement and as and when required in the event of any break down/Malfunctioning of the RO System etc. as required. (All materials for repalcement/rewinding to be arrange by contractor). (Rates Job per unit per Year)

Annual Comprehensive, repair & maintenance of 15 LPH R.O. Unit (Kent Make with 8 Ltr Storage Tank) units including supply replacement of filters, pumps, membranes and all other spares including repair/replacement of electronic components as per site requirement and additional visits during the contract period as per site requirement and as and when required in the event of any break down/Malfunctioning of the RO System etc. as required. Annual Comprehensive maintenance of all Electrical & Mechanical Installations of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System including repair, maintenance & attending to complaints / faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentations, etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days including Sundays & holidays etc. complete as required. (The contractor has to depute a Fire supervisor/mechanic & other minimum manpower for a minimum visit in each month for satisfactory completion of work.)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of suitable dia. Copper piping for suction and discharge liquid lines for 1.5/2/3 TR split / Tower type airconditioners i/c wiring, drain pipe, insulation and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Painting / Spray Painting of existing electrical L.T. cubical panels, Hydrant Pipes for fire fighting, feeder pillers, marshalling boxes etc. with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour i/c including scrapping by sand/emery paper to get even surface and applying metal primer on corroded surface etc. complete as required.

Painting with Aluminium paint upto 9.00 mtr. height existing electric poles with two or more coats of approved Brand i/c including scrapping by sand/emery paper to get even surface and applying metal primer on corroded surface etc. complete as required.

Painting with Aluminium / Metal paint upto 4.5 mtr. height existing electric poles with two or more coats of approved Brand i/c including scrapping by sand/emery paper to get even surface and applying metal primer on corroded surface etc. complete as required.

To Carry out the complete items of work on CPWD schedule of rates (DSR-2018 - E&M) as per CPWD specifications as required for an amount of Rs 10,000/-. (Note : Rate of DSR items shall be calculated by deducting GST component from schedule rate on account of GST and the quantity. Rs 100000.00 is after deducting the GST component) (Refer Clause - 35 of Guidence to Tenderer at Page No. GTT -5 for quoting rate for this Item)
