Demolition of concrete block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (Type C1, 1:3:6, 20mm aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Make : Pidilite/Sika

M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on new/old plastered External surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE /Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceiling/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. M&L, Pre Stressed, pre cast RCC ( M-25 Grade ) column of size 150mm X 150mm and 2.10 meter height with contineous vertical groove of sizes 60mmx35mm at two sides of column to receive the precast panels, including reinforced with 7 Nos wires of 3mm dia high tensile corbonized steel, surfaces finished even and smooth including errecting in position all as specified and as directed including dismentling of old pre stressed precast column/post complete.
