Collecting house garbage from Nizampura HWBFV colony daily from all single/multistoried houses, removing all unwanted plants from walls, drains and other places upto 15 M height and from the premises including sweeping approach paths, parking sheds daily, sweeping of staircase daily and removing cobwebs once in a month, cleaning of vacant quarters on as when required basis, dechocking of kitchen sink, washbasin, nahani traps, WC, gully traps making it functionally available as per complaint of the occupant or civil section staff without any delay and disposing of all the garbage daily in VMC's authorised dustbin/garbage pit etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. (02 nos. of cosmetic helpers to be deputed on daily basis)

Sweeping daily for Nizampura HWBFV colony roads and all adjoining open spaces, pavements, open drains, cattle traps, open spaces upto wall of houses, quarterly cleaning entire terraces and chajjas of the houses/blocks and public buildings upto 15m height, keeping area neat and clean including cutting of wild growth at road berms and open spaces, leveling of berms with spade, disposing daily the collected rubbish outside the colony premises in the authorised pits including cost of scaffolding, tools, tackles, hand cart etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. (01 no. of cosmetic helper to be deputed on daily basis )

Collecting garbabge daily from public buildings Guest House at Nizampura colony and CHSS Dispensary Seminar Hall, Health Centre pump house and security room at Nizampura Colony including cleaning i.e. sweeping and mopping all the rooms, hall kitchen open verandah and launge etc. cleaning toilets daily including removing dust from furniture and disposing off rubbish/garbage to the authorised dumping etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. (01 no. of cosmetic helper to be deputed on daily basis)

Watering lawns, flower beds and hedges regularly, mowing lawns with lawn mower twice in a month or as directed, digging and loosening of earth in hedge, cutting and shaping of hedge or as directed, watering trees inside lawn and along roads, maintenance of all existing trees at Nizampura colony by regular watering, trimming, quarterly application of geru chuna, weeding out around the roots, removing unwanted vegetation etc. and disposing in authorised dumping pits for Block No. 1 and other locations including all inputs of labour, tools, tackles, necessary manure/urea/fertilizer/pesticides for maintaining growth of trees and lawns etc. complete maintaining in lush green condition throughout the year etc. complete as directed. (rate of consumable shall be borne by the contractor) (02 nos. of unskilled mali to be deputed on daily basis )

Making arrangements for attending plumbing/ sanitary jobs on daily basis during normal working hours by engaging skilled plumber at site repairing of colony building toilets GI lines, CPCV lines, distribution network, C.I. lines, making new connections for service water lines, pump operation during normal working hours in coordination with HWP colony staff, maintenance work as and when required basis etc. complete as directed by the Engineer. (Necessary Tools shall be arranged by the Contractor at no extra cost)

Making arrangements for supervising of all housekeeping, masonry, Carpentry & plumbing and sanitation related jobs, recording of attendance registers, stores register etc. during normal working hours at Nizampura housing colony areas in coordination with HWP colony staff by engaging skilled person complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Making arrangements for attending carpentry/ fabrication works each day by engaging skilled Carpenter/fabricator at site, work like repairing of door shutter , making of small furnitures, making of board, banner, & its fixing work, repairs of window shutters etc. complete as directed by the Engineer. (Necessary Tools shall be arranged by the Contractor at no extra cost)

Making arrangements for handling records registers & scrutiny of bills and related office assistance of Nizampura housing colony CHSS dispensary in coordination with doctors, Staff Nurses, HWP CHSS benificiaries, administration staff etc. by engaging Skilled person at HWBFV Nizampura colony or plant site as per requirement etc. all complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Making arrangements for facilitating masonry, carpentry, plumbing, welding, fabrication, painting, pump operation and maintenance jobs at plant areas by engaging unskilled helpers on a daily basis during A and B shift as directed by the Engineer. (Necessary Tools shall be arranged by the Contractor at no extra cost)

Making arrangements for supervising or attending masonry, carpentry, plumbing and sanitation related jobs by engaging skilled supervisor/plumber at site in extra hours as per requirement in coordination with HWP colony staff, maintenance work as and when required basis etc. complete as directed by the Engineer Note: 1. Working hours except normal working hours (General Shift) decided by EIC shall be considered as extra hours or recall duty. 2. Necessary Tools shall be arranged by the Contractor at no extra cost.

Cleaning sewer lines, man holes etc. by rodding and removing muck, stone, roots of trees, etc. including disposing of the waste in the authorised dumping pits with all tools, tackles, consumables etc. all complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Cleaning of water storage tanks at Nizampura Colony including scrubbing of walls and base with coir brush, cleaning with fresh water, removing silt, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer

Removing all the garbage from the garbage pit at Nizampura HWP housing Colony and disposing off outside colony premises at the risk and cost of the contractor (Disposal to be done in tractor trolley of 3 Cu.M. capacity)

Providing and spreading bleaching powder in 25 kg. packing on wet areas during Monsoon along drainage ducts, stagnant water etc. as and when required all complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine ftted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 100mm dia upto 300mm.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery including cost of power hydra or crane, necessary arrangements for cutting of branches of trees having girth as specified below including trimming and cutting of branches at all heights, disposing of branches, rubbish, sweeping of leaves etc. complete and transporting to the dumping ground/designated place within/nearby the plant premises up to a lead of 2 km, disposing bigger size branches in plant premises or as directed by the Engineer by deploying required manpower, tools, tackles, skilled operators meeting all the safety requirements etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Servicing of rolling shutters of garages by opening the top cover, cleaning of all paths thoroughly providing and applying grease to springs, guider, shafts and attending minor repairs if required to ensure smooth operation, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Cutting of wild growth, grass, bushes, etc. from ground and road sides with spade at Danteshwar Colony as and when required and disposing the same in authorised dumping area outside colony etc. all complete as directed.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including removal of all existing layers of whitewash/distemper over cemented surface including necessary scaffolding etc and necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.

Providng and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, JK or equivalent of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth inclduing necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per directed by E.I.C.

Providing and applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surfaces. etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. (it will not be permitted to carry out the job without proper metallic scaffolding and platform at height more than 3 m)

Providing and applying one or more coats on old or new surfaces of Ist quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade to speed breakers, Kerb stones, wall, doors, windows, etc. including cleaning of all loose scales, filling the uneven surfaces with putty, etc. complete as directed.

Providing and applying one or more coats of premium acrylic emulsion of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade having high washability and longer duration on walls, columns, ceiling, etc. (on new or old work) to give an even shade including removing loose scales, fungus, water marks, etc. filling of nail holes and depression with putty of J.K. or equivalent make wall putty repairs and preparing surfaces upto the height of 15 mtrs. including scaffolding, cleaning the splashes on doors, floors, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of exterior emulsion of Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon addetive of APEX of ASIAN or equivalent make of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade applied @ 1.43 lit/10 Sqm.over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 kg/10 Sqm to give an even shade; including cost of scaffoldings, etc. at all heights as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.(In any case it will not be permitted to carry out the job without proper metallic scaffolding and platform at height more than 3.0 m)

Providing and fixing 5 mm thickness of clear float/frosted/Bajara sheet glass wt.not less than 12.5 Kg./Sqm of M/s. Triveni/Shree Vallabh/IAG/Modi guard/ Sint Gobin/laminated sheets or other approved equivalent manufactuer and fixing M.S.frames work (door/window) including fixing M.S channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/gasket accommadated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws, etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (Cup lock type) up to 20.00 M height on the exterior side upto a required height as categorised here made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m in centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. Tube challies M.S. Clamps and M.S. stair case system in the scaffolding for working platform, etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required durations as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building/ structure/ vessels/ chimney etc. wherever required for painting/inspection of work at required location preferably during shut down period with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approval of Engineer Incharge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and laying vitriifed floor / dado tiles in size of tile 500 X 500 approx. in patch work in required places (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) water absorption less than 0.08 % and confirming to IS: 15622 of approved make,in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortor 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg./Sqm. including skirting grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Marble stone flooring/dado/skirting/door jambs with 18 mm thick marble stone, as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, including rubbing and polishing complete with Udaipur green marble.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan),W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid , 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with P or S trap, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required etc. complete as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing & fixing approved WHITE Orissa pattern W.C. comprising of Orissa pattern W.C. similar to M/s. Cera Sanitary make model no 2071 or equivalent make with 'P' or 'S' trap in white glazed viterous china ware of size 580 mm x 440 mm conformig to IS 7231, including the 10 Litr low level white P.V.C. flushing cisten M/s. Cera Sanitary make model no 2602P "Ciena Premium" or equivalent make including the cost of flush pipe removing the existing damaged/broken and making good the surrounding with cement mortar/concrete to the existing finish & disposing of debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying & fixing 30mm thick factory made FRP (FIBRE REINFORCED PLASTIC) flush finish door shutter generally conforming to IS 14856-2000 manufactured by M/s Fibroplast or other equivalent approved make of approved colour & shade and solid wooden core, all rails & styles shall be filled with pine/hard wood including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100mm Al. Bow handles including providing a vision panel opening of size 400mm x 300mm with necessary arrangement i.e. necessary T.W. BEADING for fixing glass louvers in the opening all as per specification and as directed by EIC. Note: - 1) The entire door shall be jointless shutter. 2)The flush type door will have wooden top, bottom, lock, rails, vertical styles and the core filled with pine/hard wood and the faces will be covered with 3 mm thick commercial plywood on both faces and then covering with 2 mm thick FRP on all faces. 3) The sizes shall be approximately 650mm x 2000mm, however exact dimentions shall be measured at site before manufacturing. 4) Glass louvers shall be paid under separate item. 5) In addition to approved makes as mentioned in Page 196 of 'Specification for Civil Works 2009', may add M/s. Siddhartha Doors, Futura Doors Pune.

Providing and supplying of drinking water from Heavy Water Plant site (Vadodara) to Nizampura HWP housing colony during shortage in supply of water from Vadodara Municipal Corporation including cost of tractor trolly tanker having capacity of 5000 lit., tanker filling, sealing, dewatering, quality of water should not be contaminated by any dust, foreign particles, ensuring that water tanker should have clean surface etc. complete as directed by EIC.
