RMO Electrical and Mechanical Services at Delhi Vidhan Sabha, Delhi. (SH- Providing services for running operation and day to day maintenance of DG sets and 11 KV/433V Substation during 2026-27).

Routine operation & maintenance of 2 x 500KVA & 1 x 200KVA DG sets and 11KV/433 volt Electric Substation on all days i/c Sunday & holiday and attending day to day complaints of electrical installations including cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc. and maintain the daily record of Electrical Parameter Monitoring System (EPMS) of all meters, providing assistance to the Engineer-in-charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts (To be issued by the department on complaint basis but electrical tapes, T&P required for replacement of defective electrical parts and tools, safety equipments for deployed labour and stationary items such as logbooks, complaint registers, worker diary, Biometric attandance system will be provided by the contractor the rates deemed to be include in the tender nothing extra will be paid on account of these) including running maintenance & operation and general upkeep of various capacity drinking water supply pump sets along with sluice/ gate valves etc. to fill up over head water tank for timely delivery of water supply and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of pump house and maintaining log book for above installation and running maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of LT Panels alongwith allied accessories for maintaining essential power supply, as and when required, on account of failure of main electrical power supply/ load shedding including periodical checking of DG set for their proper functioning alongwith minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying staff as per terms & conditions attached. i) Wireman Cum Operator = 3 Nos. (Having 5 Years experience for operation of 11 KV substation and knowledge of 11 KV VCBs) ii) Khallasi = 1 No. (9.00 AM to 5.00 PM)

Servicing of draw out type 415V, 800A to 1600A, 50KA rating capacity L&T make ACB, with control copper wiring, thimble etc., cleaning all moving contacts male and female contacts by CRC-26 spray for good contact capacity, checking of closing & tripping mechanism, checking control circuit of circuit breaker and testing of protection release with secondary injection Kit of ACB’s insulation test, reset tripping time of breaker etc. as reqd.

Providing Comprehensive maintenance Servicing of 1no. Incoming & 2nos. outgoing of 11KV VCB Panel i/c Visual Inspection, Insulation Resistance Test (Megger Test), Contact Resistance Test, High Voltage (HV) or Dielectric Test, Primary Injection Test, Secondary Injection Test, Circuit Breaker Timing Test, Vacuum Interrupter Integrity Test (Vacuum Test), Functional Tests, Trip Circuit Supervision Test, Arc Quenching Medium Verification, Mechanical Operation Test, Protection Relay Testing, Replacement of Worn Components as required (Excluding PT and Vaccum Pot) complete with required tools, parts and consumables required for Maintenance at at Delhi Vidhan Sabha (Twice in the year to be carried out only by OEM authorized service partner)

Providing Comprehensive maintenance & Servicing of 2 Nos 11 KV/ 415 volt , 1250 KVA Air Cooled Transformer i/c Visual Inspection, Cleaning, Insulation Testing, Thermal Scanning, Electrical Testing, Core and Coil Assembly Inspection, Fan and Cooling System Maintenance, Temperature Monitoring System Protection Relays and Controls Replacement of Worn Components as required (Excluding Rewinding) complete with required tools, parts and consumables required for Maintenance at at Delhi Vidhan Sabha (Twice in the year to be carried out only by OEM authorized service partner)
