Operation and Maintenance of various fountains(19 NO.s) in VMC ,Circle-2 area for the period of 12 months (2026-2027)

Nozzles cleaning: Cleaning of different kinds of water fountain nozzles, plumbing systems, pump systems etc., to keep them free from free from leaves, debris, clogging etc., - Once in a week

Storage tank / Pond cleaning: Using Alkaline and flocculants lowering chemicals ; Liquid soap water to make neat transparent surface in the pool and with mechanical equipment of Water pressure pump, Mechanical sprayers, dewatering pumps and manual equipment of cleaning brushes, scrubbers etc., complete to maintain PH value of water with skilled labor deployed with safety measures during cleaning and applying chemicals - Once in a week

Special Occasions / Events: During special occasions / events in addition to weekly cleaning as directed by departmental authorities / officer incharge of work.

Operation of fountains: Carrying out On and Off operations of different kinds of water fountain systems like pump sets, equipment and lighting panel / switch boards/ LED lights etc. by deploying skilled and trained electricians according to scheduled timings - Twice in a day(i.e ON & Off timings 7am - 12pm , 4pm - 10pm & Lightning timings 6pm - 10pm)

Maintain water level: Maintain sufficient water levels in the pond for effective recirculation and functioning of water jet Nozzels and Mortors - Every day

Maintain Electrical accessories: Maintain switching panels,Pum sets, Mortors free from rust and dust to effective functioning without fail and check proper insulation to cables and LED lights - Every day

Repairs to Electrical motors: Attend immidetely for rewinding of three phase motor / repairs / replace of starters / capacitors of the same charectrerstics as original with required size of super enamelled wire 'E' class insulation material and testing etc. as required - As and when required.
