Out sourcing of Sanitary Cleaning and Sweeping work of various buildings at College of Horticulture and Centre of Excellence for Horticulture Research and Extension, Thunag in Admn. Block( GF,FF,SF) including staircase, toilets, galleries with premises approximately area for 1046.56 Sqm, Hostel GF,FF,SF,TF) including galleries, balconies, staircase, toilets and premises approximately area for 2024.26 Sqm and First floor in Tourism building at Bara for Scientist’s and class rooms along with toilets for 1510.51 Sqm i. e Gross approximately area 4581.33 Sqm etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the concerned department The firm will also supply the cleaning material such as jharu, wiper, detergent, phenyl, acid, soap, mask, hand globes & other related material including two uniforms per person in the year’s etc. for cleaning the indoor and outdoor premises of the buildings. The service provider will also be responsible for the payment of statutory liabilities such as EPF, ESI, labour cess, GST if applicable and holidays as per labour law and the same will be deposited/ paid to persons deputed in the said college for this job. Only labour escalation will be applicable as per revision of labour wages by the HP Govt. during the contract period except material. The service provider will ensure that the sanitation work is to be the utmost satisfaction of the first party college. In case the work is not found satisfactory for repeated spells inspite of instructions both verbal/written from any offices, penalty of Rs. 1,000/- per day for the day will be deducted from the bill of the Contractor for the 1st and 2nd times and thereafter Rs. 2,000/- per day for which no refund at the later stage will be made at any cost. The other terms and conditions are also appended. The 4 Nos. sweeper minimum will be engaged to this job.
