Supply and replacement of MS ERW pipe heavy grade pipe 150 mm bore, thickness not less than 5.40 mm all as per IS 3589:2001 with flanges made out of MS & rubber insertion, nuts, bolts etc., complete including cutting, welding etc., and preparation of pipe surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer in open places and with bitumen coating/felt cover including making leak proof joints complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item No.1 above but for 100 mm bore MS pipe, 5.40 mm thick

Repairs to automatic control panel of fire fighting system comprising of replacement of pressure switch, arresting leakages in the line etc., for effective functioning of Jockey pump to maintain desired pressure level in the system complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Repairing / Servicing and reassembling of Jockey pump set and motor of capacity 20 HP or 15 KW as per the original assembly after repairs / replacing the worn out unserviceable parts with new parts as ordered, including cleaning, replacing the bearings for both pumps & motors including packing bolts, nuts washers and MS clamps etc., and applying one coat of approved synthetic enamel paint paint on exposed steel surface, making the pump and motor fully serviceable including machine work etc., refixing and testing & commissioning the both for satisfactory operation on its full load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Supply and replacement of fire hydrant landing valve gun metal, type A (Single head outlet) of 63 mm bore conforming to IS-5290 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of fire hydrant landing valve gun metal, type 'B' (Double head outlet) of 63 mm bore conforming to IS-5290 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rectification of existing defective flanged joints with rubber or fibre gasket complete with necessary nuts, bolts and washers all as specified for 80 mm dia GI/DI/MS pipes complete all as directed. Note:- (i) quoted rates are inclusive of cutting of GI/DI/MS Pipes and preparation of new flanged sockets and refixing the same at existing place. (ii) Necessary excavation and pipes shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for taking down defective 100 mm dia foot valves/ Non-return valves from UG Sump, scraping the corroded footvalves / Non-return valves and painting with one coat of red oxide along with black enamel paint, repalcing rubber gaskets, bottom rubber with spring complete with replacement of necessary bolts, nuts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item No. 13 above but of 80 mm dia

Taking down & refixing the old fire hydrant valves of size 80 mm dia from hydrant post and removing the corrosion,changing the damaged pins from pivot end, softening the shaft of iron wheel and applying the greese for lubrication of fire hydrant valves complete all as directed by EIC. Note:- Quoted rates are inclusive of nut & Bolts, rubber gaskets and other connected items.

Repair/ maintenance of fire hose box by changing of damaged doors along with locking arrangements, front glass of existing size, PCC foundation and necessary rubber gaskets for doors complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rates are inclusive of one coat of synthetic enamel paint, (paint red and inside clean white paint) and numbering the box with white paint on black circle background of size as directed.

Supply and replacement 63 mm dia percolating canvas pipe 15 metre long hose pipe confirming to IS 636 complete with male and female coupling confirming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement of hose reel drum and hose reel of 19mm dia and 30 metre length conforming to IS-5132 including gun metal hose reel cap (shank) suitable for double hydrant control valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of fire brigade inlet connection 4 way including with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of hose boxes of size 1200 x 900 x 600 mm with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, frame made out of 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick MS angle Iron with double door, glazed with 4 mm thick sheet glass and including necessary locking arrragement, preparation and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (fire red outside and brilliant white inside) over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note: Numbering the box with white paint on black circle background of size as directed.

Supply only coolant (coorision inhibitors) in 5 litre containers

Supply and replacement of cast iron flanged end foot valve of size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 20 HP centrifugal mono block pump coupled with electric motor 3 phase 415 volt, 50 Hz for the following capacities from the foundation bed for repairs by removing the couping and foundation bolts etc, and including dismantling the pump and separate the serviceable and unserviceble parts, replace the unserviceble parts / spares, reassembling and reinstall the pump with necessary bolts nuts and washers and including cleaning and removing the scales and replacement of spare parts like impller nut, keys, lock washer, gasket and greasing, reassembling coupling in position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge:-

M&L masonary valve chamber of size 750x750x750 mm (internal dimensions) and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering internal and external surface 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) coping, 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron, 5 mm thick MS plate cover with locking arrangement, painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including dismantling unservicble compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Sl. item No. 32 above but of size 1000x1000x1000 mm (internal dimensions)

Labour for pressure testing of existing 150 mm DI/MS fire main system , identifying for leakages for rectifications including replacement of gland packing of sluice valves, rubber insertion packing, nut ,bolts etc of flanged joints/ defective flanges etc complete for making the system leak proof complete all directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (a) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of T&P such as air compressor for pressure testing etc (b) Earthwork, Specials required for rectiifcation if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items BOQ.

M & L Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Fire point comprising of CO2 fire extinguisher 4.5 Kg - 2 Nos, Dry carbon powder (ABC) - 5Kg 2 Nos, ceiling hook, fire beater, sand buckets 9 ltr capacity- 2Nos ,showel complete with angle iron stand duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for Jungle cleaning by cutting and clearing away all grass vegetation, wild growth, sapling, shrubs, brushwoods, under growth roots, cutting of bushes, tree trunk of girth not execeeding 30 cm, cutting of trunk, portion protuding over ground, filling holes and leveling of ground and removing unserviceable materials to a distance n.exe 50m, compelte all as speicified

Supply and replacement of single hydrant stand post made of MS pipe of size 80 mm bore heavy grade, 1.50 m height with 90°, duck foot bend both end flanged and including welding if required to suit single fire hydrant valve and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and laying DI K9 water supply pipe lines of size 150 mm bore flexible rubber gasket push on type joint having cement mortar lining with portland slag cement as per IS 455 : 1989 bituminous coating as per Annex 'C' of IS 8329 including taking down old DI water mains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) Earth work will be measured and paid seperately.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for foundation, of pipe lines etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soil.

Removing surplus excavated soil n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M & L taking down existing fire fighting pipe line from the existing PCC pillar without any damage, for repair/ construct the new PCC pedastals, after completing PCC work refixing the same fire fighting pipe lines on PCC pedastals complete all as specified directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-(i) Quoted rates are inclusive of cutting/welding of MS pipes, and replacement of nut & bolts, rubber gaskets and necessary accessories complete. (ii) PCC work, excavation, removing of surplus soil shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling mono block pump of capacity 10 HP, coupled with electric motor 3 phase 415 volt, 50 Hz from the foundation bed for repairs and including by removing the couping and foundation bolts etc, replacement of unserviceable parts i.e. impeller nut, keys, lock washer, gasket and greasing, reassembling coupling in position and reinstall the pump with necessary bolts, nuts and washers, cleaning and removing the scales of the following capacity of the pumpsets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Note : The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of replacement of necessary spare parts like Casing ring, latern ring, shaft sleeve, CI gland cover with MS studds, impeller, pump shaft, star coupling, terminals and ball bearings etc.,
