Make:- Bajaj Cat Part No. BLRB 18W CW for tube and BLRB-DB 118 for Batten or equivalent model & make of Bajaj/CG/Havells/Surya or as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure 4ways double door triple pole and neutral with 415 V, 200 amps rated bus bar with all accessories fixed in the wall including taking old DB's any type and cap and making good and match the existing surface of wall complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of Isolator 4 Pole 100 amps, 240 Volts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of Isolator 4 Pole 63 amps, 240 Volts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB, single pole, 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB, single pole and neutral, 35-63 Amps, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for sub main wiring with two runs of single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 6 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant, low smoke (FRLS), drawn through and including PVC capping & casing not less than 25mm wide with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 6.0 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) as earth wire including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size with capping & casing/ conduit with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of main cable and one run earth wire with capping & casing will be measured as one RM for payment.

M&L in replacement for sub main wiring with two runs of single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 10 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant, low smoke (FRLS), drawn through and including PVC capping & casing not less than 25mm wide with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 10 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) as earth wire including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size with capping & casing/ conduit with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of main cable and one run earth wire with capping & casing will be measured as one RM for payment.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and galvanized iron or steel, charcoal salt 15cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I, 20mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long, GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia from earth pit to main board including earthwork and excavation in any type of soil, refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs, PCC (1:3:6) type CI chamber, precast RCC cover 40mm thick, reinforced with 6mm dia MS bar 3 Nos. both way with handle made out of 6 mm dia MS bar and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Length of GI protection pipe and earth lead wire shall not be less than 7.5 mtrs. (ii) On completeion, the earth resistance test to be carried out. If desired value of resistance not obtained, the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost.

Checking and attending complaints by means of repairing/rectifying the electric defects/faults related to electric equipments, device, accessories and fixtures maintained by MES. Tightening the loose connections complete all as specified & directed.

NOTE FOR ALL ITEMS OF SCH OF WORKS/BOQ 1. Contrctor shall deploy one eletrician (ITI holder with 5 years of experience) and one helper (minimum 8th pass and 3 years of experience). 2. Contractor shall provide all necessary tools and equipments to Electrician and helper and shall be responsible for thier safety. 3. Contractor or his representative shall report daily in complaint cell for collecting complaints. 4. Contractor shall maintain a complaint register & responsible for noting complaints in it & taking sign of User, JE and Engr-in-charge after rectification of complaint. 5. Rate shall be deemed including of minor items such as screws, nut bolts, cleat, PVC wire, conduit, casing caping upto 1m in length etc. 6. Complaint shall be rectified within 8hrs of notification, if contractor failed to do so, a panel recovery of Rs. 120.00 per day/complaint shall be recovered from next dues payments. 7.Emergent nature of complaint shall be attended immidiately on direction of JE, Engr-in-charge or GE upto 22:00 hrs, failing which recovery of Rs. 240.00 per day/complaint shall be leived on this account. 8. If any complaint shall be possible to rectify within prescribed time, the matter shall be immidiately brought out to notice in concerned JE or Engr-in-charge, no recovery shall be made on this account. The decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final & binding. 9. Only labour involved and minor items required shall only be measured and paid in Srl Item 10.00 of sch of works/BOQ.
