Supply of submersible pumping set of Kirloskar/ kilburn/ Clama/ Crompton/ KSB/ BS/ Sabar make conforming to BIS:8034-1978 latest suitable for lifting Raw water (latest with upto date ammendments) fitted with bronze impellers/suitable alloy directly coupled to squirrel cage/slippering electric induction motor of same make as that of pump conforming to BIS: 9283-1979 (latest with uptodate ammendments) and totally water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand vertical, loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor including water level guard, errection clamps, cable clips & depth gauge etc. The pump shall be suitable for operation on data on data given below:- 10 HP x2 set

Supply testing and Commissioning of 10.00 HP PLC (Programmable logic controller) based fully automatic L& T/ Schneider and stater for submersible pump made out of 16 gauge sheet powder coated dust and vermin proof wall mounted and front opening door cover type switch board with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate one no automatically as per site requirement along with design timing which can be acted as and when requirement through PLC panel with 50 KA short circuit and IP-55 Protection duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeve as per colour supproted on epoxy insulator 01 set, common earth bus bar of 25 MM X4 mm at bottom inside panel 1 no. board with two earth terminal out of side panel board painted with powder coating in gray colour all as specified & directed, make of panel board .Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. 2 Nos.

Supply of fixing of doble flanged acctuator cast iron sluce valve heavy size one dia higher than pump size to delivery of pump class PN1.6 of kirloskar /KSB/Leader make confirming to BIS 14846-2000 latest with up to date ammendments having seat pressure of 16.32 kg /cm2 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. 2 Nos.

Supply of fixing kirloskar / KSB/ Leader make cast iron double flanged acctuator swing check type feflux valve class PN 1.6 having bye pas arrangement (to be provided on delivery side) of size of one size higher than the delivery size of pump and shall be suitable for with standing nominal seat pressurer of 16 kg /cm2 as per BIS 5312 -1984 Part -1 2 Nos.

Providing and laying PVC insulated jointless flat water proof copper cable of Hevells/ Siemens/ Finolex/ Gloster / Grandlay/ Gloster make confirming to BIS 1554 (part-I) –1988 or latest with upto date amendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered (one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment/ accessories such as thimbles, flexible pipe, solder, nuts and bolts, cable glands, etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type, size and make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities. In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost .

On supply side of 3½ core copper cable 6.00 mm2 (From HPSEB meter to switch & starter) 175 Mtrs

on motor side 3 core flat joint less copper cable of size 6.00 mm2 (From switch & starter to Motor) pump installed in the bore . 175 Mtrs

Supply and errection of floor/ wall mounted power factor Shunt Capacitor confirming to BIS 2834-1986 (latest edition) with upto date ammendments of GEC/ Siemen / Havells L&T make to raise prevailling power factor at site to 0.95 for direct connection to induction motor individually of requirement 4 KVAR according to 5 BHP of motor offered including cable of Siements/ Gloster/ ICC make from busbar chamber to capacitor and also including standard /L&T/ Kilburn /Indo asian make ICTP switches confirming to BIS-4064-1978 or latest with upto date ammendments,with HRC fuses (Range to be specified by the tenderer). 1 Job

Providing and Laying GI/ MSERW pipe considering site requirement and having appropriate size in accordance with the delivery size of pumping set. The pipe shall confirm to relevant BIS codes & capable of with standing the feild test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operation pressure including all type of fitting s such as bends, tapers/ reducers, flanges , rubber gaskets 3 mm thick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge . The pipe material shall confirm to relevant BIS code and capable of with standing FTP equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure the complete arrangement shall compromise of complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.
