Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 stone or concrete surfaces of wall finished fair and even without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

10mm thick cement plastering(in two layers each layers thickness is 10mm) in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of stone work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete/plaster surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern) as approved by the GE over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by EIC using any one of following material :- Make Brand Nerolac Suraksha Asian ACE Berger Walmasta

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted including one coat of Birla White Putty by finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets [corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc] in roof coverings complete all as specified

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40sq. cm and over in section, in any position framed work all as speciied

Dismantling of unserviceable wrought iron or mild steel of any desription not other wise provided for complete as directed .

M&L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins, where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for slinding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates to Fe-290 (Gde E-165)

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of syanthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer of any girth & any description over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified & directed by EIC.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for cement concrete Type D-2, 75mm thick 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) for sub base flooring.

Forming dummy joints 65 mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B' all as specified

S&F 60 mm thick (M-25 mix) glossy rubber mould interlocking tiles (paver blocks red & yellow colour topping) conforming to IS-15658-2006 laid dry over 30 mm copacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.5 sqm all as specified

M&L for aluminium window with double side hung shutter for glazing and gauging and frame with one or more rebates made out of JINDAL/ INDAL anodised aluminium section including section for fixing of aluminium grills with suitable fixtures, jointing cleats for fixing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, anodised aluminium beading screws, type B20 100mm long suitable handle and anodised aluminum fittings such as stay, hinges glazing with 5 mm thick tinted sheet glass and gauging with aluminium wire cloth of size 0.45mm dia of wire and 1.40mm aperture as per drg No. CEAA/TD/133 sheet No. 1/2 and 2/2 dated 13.12.02 except fixed glazing (FG) all as specified and directed.(Tint of glass shall be approved by GE) Note :- Aluminium grill fixed under above item shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only aluminium anodised grill of approved shape with opening in grill 66mm x 80mm (diagonally) or nearest to + 5mm made out of standard aluminium moulded section of size 6mm x 7mm

Supply , fabricate & fix anodised (15 micron) aluminium sliding windows/ ventilators made out of Jindal/Hindalco Aluminium sections as in frames , sliding/ fixed shutters etc. With one or more rebates incl. Jointing cleats & locking arrangements complete all as specified & as per manufacturer's instruction. Note- Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for supply of aluminium sections, fabricate & fixing in position of window frames & shutters, locking arrangements complete.

S&F rubber beading for fixing of glass of item No 37.00 above complete.

M&L anodised aluminium snap grid false ceiling of grid size 605x605mm consisting of aluminium main and "T' sectiopns of size 25x35x1.5mm thick and wall angles of size 25x 25x 1.5 mm thick suspended with GI wire suspenders of 6mm dia of suitable length fixed in repairs complete

M&L 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm size fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid all as specified and directed

As per item No 27 same but except perforated board/tiles fixed in repairs

Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces applying three coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces all as specified.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dados 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick plaster incl taking down plaster complete all as specified.
