the staff, with all contractor's labour, tools,

equipments and consumables as per the details

the instructions and directions of Engineer-in-

submitted to Railway before billing. 3) The

contractor will have to maintain proper decorum

like quality of services, etc., A penalty of Rs.

1000/-will be levied every time when any

discrepancy will be noticed.
