Construction of RCC BFG (Boulder Filled Galery) with RCC cross wall including Supply of all materials, labour,carting of material T&P etc complete as per type design and as per direction of Engineer in charge. (length and width as per site condition)

Construction of RCC Roughening Filter with filling of supporting & filter media.including Supply of design, drawing, all materials, labour,carting of material T&P etc complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge required for proper completion of work.

Supply, Carting, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning of following sizes of G.I. pipe supply main and distribution network at different location, including provision of specials & other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve/sluice valve etc at suitable points including making scrouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc complete & also testing & commissioning of laid pipe line including supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc & testing of supplied materials as per IS 1239 part 1:2004/ latest IS specification & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply, cartage & laying, jointing, testing & commissioning of Supply main of Following Dia M.S. E.R.W. Pipe (YST-210) by welding (by 20 KVA Generator) conforming to IS: 1387- 1967, IS 1978 – 1982 & IS 816: 1969 including painting on outer surface of pipe with anti corrosive paint in two coats making neccessary connections for sump & CWR & other appurtenant work such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points, including making scouring arrangment at suitable locations by fixing Tee & gate valve etc. complete. including supply of all materials, lobour, T&P & testing of supplied materials etc. complete as per latest IS specification or as per direction, satisfaction & approval of incharge.

Excavation of earth for pipeline in following strata lift upto 1.5 m lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from trenches including supply of labour, T & P etc.all complete assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajari and boulders and rest 25% will be in medium rock

Supply of all design (as per latest CPHEEO manual) and drawings, testing of bearing capacity of soil and construction of 184 KLD capacity slow sand filter, Construction of apron 0.75m and drain 0.15m, fixing of MS ladder and foot step, wheel/gate valve chambers, inspection path, fixing of G.I. pipe hand railing with angle iron post, M.S. jaal to protect water from wild animals and deberish and all other appurtenant works including site development. Apply one coat of white washing & two coat snowcem/ distempering of approved quality above priming coat etc. Testing of all supplied materials with cement concrete cube testing and other test as required during construction. All the principle details of RCC WTP for proper completion of work as per approved design & drawing and direction shall be given by Engineer In Charge.

Design, drawing, testing bearing capacity of soil and construction of R.C.C. (1:1.5:3) semi sunk Clear Water Reservoir of following capacities in K.L. at differnt villages/locations including supply of necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories along with supply and fixing of inlet and outlet pipes, making bye pass arrangement, fixing of overflow pipe in outlet pipe/distribution system, fixing of lightening conductor & M.S. Manhole of size as per norms, supply and fixing of M.S. Steel Ladder outside and inside the tank, fixing of G.I. (M) pipe hand railing with angle iron post and colour washing of approved class snowcem in two coat and with approved water proofing apex/enamel paint, fixing of bucket type chlorinator, construction of 75 cm . wide PCC Apron and then drain 15 cm dia around the CWR with carting of all materials including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per latest IS specification or as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge.

Supply of all materials,labours ,T.&P. etc. and making ferrule connection to provide FHTC to the consumers from existing w/s scheme including all material, labour, T&P etc. complete excluding water meter & pipe as per instruction given by Engineer - In-charge.

Construction of protection works as per site conditions wherever necessary as follows :-

PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

RR Stone Masonry 1:6 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete
