PROVIDING CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED TOWNSHIP PROJECT AT KGF

Competence of the key Technical Personnel for the Assignment : (1) Project Lead and Finance Expert Team Leader-1 person-15 points (2) Urban Planner cum Deputy Project lead -1 person-10 points (3)Market Expert-1 person-10 points (4) PPP Expert-1 person-5 points

During the last 5 financial years (FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25), the bidder should have provided at least Two (2) transaction advisory services for development & implementation of township / industrial parks / SEZs / integrated township or similar projects for a Government agency/department in India with a consultancy fee not less than Rs.2 Crore per transaction advisory services. Supporting Document: The client certificate issued from the competent officer of the Government / Public Sector / ULB, for the above consultancy services with details of fee paid and duration of services rendered shall be enclosed. The Certificate submitted should have been issued by an Officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or Equivalent or Employer in case of Government / General Manager in case of Public sector undertaking and Commissioner / Chief Officer in case of ULB. Note: (a) For evaluation of experience, assignments which are completed or substantially completed (Less than 80% of fees received) will be considered. (b) For the works which are carried out in Joint Venture mode, consultancy fee attributable to the bidder / consultancy fee received by the bidder should be clearly mentioned in the work experience certificate given by the competent authority.

Experience of working with Government / Public Sector / Urban Local Body (ULB) is preferable. Supporting Document: The Certificate for having worked in Government / Public Sector / ULB shall be issued by an Officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or Equivalent or Employer in case of Government / General Manager in case of Public sector undertaking and Commissioner / Chief Officer in case of ULB.

Adequacy of the proposed Methodology and Work plan for performing the work plan in responding to the TOR

Bidder should have minimum annual turnover of Rs. 50 Crore in any of the 2 years in the last 5 financial years (FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) from consulting services (Excluding IT implementation, forensic services/ internal audit/ risk assessment / tax) from India business. Supporting Documents -Chartered Accountant certificate with UDIN for turnover and annual financial statements certified by the Chartered Accountant indicating the value of consultancy fee received shall be enclosed along with the bid. Copies of annual financial turnover statements filed with Registrar of Companies (ROC) shall also be enclosed along with the bid. Note: If the bidder fails to meet the minimum financial turnover along with the relevant documentary evidence, the proposal will not be considered for further evaluation.
