M&L for painting LT Panel/Feeder pillar/Jn boxes of any size by rubbing/ scrapping old surface and applying one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including repair/replacement of hinges of suitable size and external locking arrangements i.e sliding bolts by screwing/welding, tinkering works and complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 10 Sqmm PVC Insulated Single Core Unsheathed Industrial Flexible copper Cable conforming to IS 694:1990 with Flexible Bright Annealed Copper Conductor for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts along with Copper lugs and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing the Aluminium lugs of size 25 to 70 Sqmm including preparation of cable by cutting trimming burnout cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 3 above but size 95 to 240 Sqmm

Material & Labour for fixing of MCCB 415 V, 16 KA, 3 Pole 63 A including taking down old burn out MCCB and making necessary arrangement for fixing the new one like cutting, welding, screwing, connector (links) of suitable size to connect the MCCB with bus bar, thimble of suitable size, nuts & bolts, extended links etc complete required for fixing the new one in existing location complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of existing loop in-out junction box with non metalic FRP/PVC junction box suitable of size 350 x 250 x 150 with connector 4 way and including one MCB SP 6 A, 230V alongwith, 2 Nos cable glands of size not exc 4 core 25 sqmm, Cable lugs as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F In repair 1.5 Sqmm PVC Insulated 3 Core Unsheathed Industrial Flexible Cable to connect Jn box to end connection conforming to IS 694:1990 with Flexible Bright Annealed Copper Conductor for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts along with Copper lugs in PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20 mm and fixing arrangement on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dismantling of existing ACSR conductor of any size type for repair/ replacement of insulators/ channels/ ACSR conductor and taking to credit complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Dismantling of existing Pin insulator and fixing new PIN insulator of 1100 Voltage grade, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including for Dismantling of exisitng Cross arms on existing LT poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of ACSR conductor of any size type for on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lin repair for Earthing complete with earth galvanized steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected with galvanized earth lead GI strip 32X6 by means of bolts, check nut and washers of GI or steel, GI pipe light grade of 40 mm bore as protection pipe, GI strip of length not more than 7.5 mtr and connected to test point. GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC pit and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for cover with 8 mm dia bar reinforcement both ways @ 140 c/c including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or passing through pipe, fixed to wall/pole and duct etc LT underground electric cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core including jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty underground cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade inclduing taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches,in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m in wide for laying of cable,RCC Poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment

M&L for laying common burnt bricks, sub class 'B', of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying of cable cover / Red Clay Bricks suitable for LT cable for protection purpose retrieved from dismantling LT Cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying galvanised steel tubing 40 mm dia, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads in drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers, pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting complete all as specified and as directed.
