Development of civil and electrical charging infrastructure for operation of electric buses in state of HP at Baijnath Bus Stand and Workshop Distt. Kangra HP

Drilling/Boring with required diameter casing fastener in kota stone/P.C.C. paver/concrete flooring & excavation work in all kind of soil by mechanical means up to required depth with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size,including cost of nuts and bolts, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (One cement isto One and half coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, proppingCentering and shuttering including strutting, propping:-Foundation, footing bases of columns, etc for mass concrete., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 (One hundred twenty) grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 (Five to Seven) microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 (Fifteen to Eighteen) microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 (Twenty five) microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 (Twelve) metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm(Five point five into Fifty five milimeter)) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1 mm(One milimeter) thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters, with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6 mm (Forty into Forty into Six milimeter) angle iron, 3 mm (Three milimeter) M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, 25 mm (Twenty five milimeter) dia pulley, 40x40x6 mm (Forty into Forty into Six milimeter) angle and T- iron guide at the top and bottom respectively, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :-1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
