Annual Maintanance Contract of High mast and mini mast lights
Keep all Mini Mast lights and High mast light operated by Koottilangadi Grama Panchayat in Good working condition including automatic on/off irrespective of whether they are in working condition or not. The light having complaint should be attended within 3 days of receipt of complaint and brought to perfect working condition within 7 days, failing in which penalty of Rs.50 per day will be deducted from the contractor. The contractor should make arrangement for receiving complaints from the public over phone and Whatsapp and provide a complaint number for future reference and also keep a register regarding this. . NB : Annual fee for maintaining all Mini Mast lights and High mast light in koottilangadi grama panchayat area owned by Grama panchayat should be quoted.
