The Bidders who have quoted below Plus or Minus 5 percent of ECV, a declaration letter should be uploaded and is mandatory.

RequiredThe FINANCIAL TURN OVER CERTIFICATE WITH U.D.I.N. NUMBDER for the last 5 years issued by the Chartered Accountant should be uploaded in online.

RequiredAll the valid registered contractors are eligible to participate in the tenders, but only 2 Nos. of works will be awarded, if they stand lowest in the current bid beyond 2 Nos. summarily rejected without assigning any reasons, since the works are very essential and time bound works. Hence the works shall be completed within the stipulated period.
