Annual maintenance contract of Boiler & Auxiliary system Stage I , 2 x 300 MW , SgTPP.

Mandatory job : Maint. contract of boiler & Aux. System

Coal mill overhauling as per scope of work in annexure 2A including the supply of all consumables, manpower, T&P, measuring instruments, Scaffolding etc.

Coal mill mini overhauling as per scope of work in annexure 2B including the supply of all consumables, manpower, T&P, measuring instruments, Scaffolding etc.

Gear Box Replacement as per annexure 2C including the supply of all consumables, manpower, T&P, measuring instruments, Scaffolding etc.

Feeder overhauling as per annexure 2D

Additional tyre servicing

Cleaning, stacking, loading, carriage over pucca road and unloading at destination(within 5 km lead) of ash and coal mill rejects from rejection conveyor tunnel and surroundings with the scope of supply of manpower, Tools and tackles, conveying vehicle (like tractor) with operator and fuel.

All SADC internal checking in all corner of Boiler ,dismantling/freeness checking, replacement of bush /bearing,repairing of erosion ,coupling with power cylinder operation and complete box up of all doors of secondary air duct with gasket and necessary scaffolding

HFO/LDO/Air nozzle/Coal nozzle system tilting checking by opening the boiler door,reach rod adjustment /cleaning/replacement (wherever needed) necessary full welding ,door repairing with necessary scaffolding and complete box up of doors,Scrap removal & checking of operation

Coal nozzle tip,oil nozzle tip,airnozzle tip,checking by opening Boiler door at bottom hopper with necessary scaffolding in furnace necessary rectification ,with all kinds of allied jobs,angle of burner tilting adjustment and complete boxup

Sky climber fitting in the Boiler & dismantling for burner check up & operation during burner checking

Repalcement of damaged coal compartment assembly with all associted work.(without scaffolding)

CCP bend dismantling, replacement, welding,pipe alignment,with hanger support adjustment with necessary scaffolding and removal of scrap from site to scrap yard .

CCP straight pipe dismantling, replacement, welding,pipe alignment,with hanger support adjustment with necessary scaffolding and removal of scrap from site to scrap yard.

Replacement of Seal air fan with new bearing ,bearing housing,coupling, impeller , shaft bearing cooling water line modification after removal of old Seal air fan

Duct Repairing

Replacement of APH(Model : Model : LAP10320/3883) Guide Bearing assy. with all associated work.

Replacement of APH(Model : LAP10320/3883) Support Bearing assy. with all associted work.

Gear Box of APH (Model : LAP10320/3883) replacement along with all associated work (Time: 02days).
