Empanelment of District Implementation Partners to Support in Implementation of Atal Bhujal Yojana Atal Jal, in GP Clusters of select Districts of Uttar Pradesh

The consolidated total cost of assignment for One Gram Panchayat is to be quoted.

Report on Geo-referencing of all assets pertaining to water resources and irrigated areas present in the Gram Panchayat. Activities to be carried out /Deliverables: - Collection (geo-tagged), compilation & Analysis of secondary and primary data of following (if any): (a) Check dams, (b) Ponds, (c) Bundis, (d) Tube wells, (e) Wells, (f) Any other water body Submission of Reports on collection of demographic data and beneficiary census for each GPs. Collection & compilation of data regarding: Activities to be carried out /Deliverables:- (a) Population (Male/Female/ Child), (b) No. of Household (APL/BPL/SC/ST/OBC), (c) Live Stock Population (Cattles), (d) Total Workers [(i) Farmers (ii) Labour other than farmers], (e) Land use , (f) Power supply, (g) Local Institutions, (h) Agriculture & Crops etc. Submission of Report on Development of GP level water budgets to concerning DPMU Activities to be carried out /Deliverables:- Collection & compilation of data regarding (For surface & Ground Water both):- Availability, Utilization, Assessment of Surplus demand, Quality, Sources, Irrigation, approaches, Drinking water system. Preparation and submission of GP level Water Security Plans to DPMU. (Payments are subjected to approval of WSPs by concern DPMU and SPMU) Activities to be carried out /Deliverables:- (a) To form GIS Layers of every parameters , (b) Preparation of Baseline map on GIS Platform (Ground Water Level, Ground Water Structures, Surface Water Structures, Land use etc.), (c) To propose demand side and supply side interventions by Geo-Demarcation (with latitude, Longitude) of all required structure., (d) Site survey to check the feasibility of proposed structure. Preparation and submission of District level Action plan by consolidating GP level Water Security Plans. Activities to be carried out /Deliverables:- (a) prepare a block wise/G.P wise table of different constructed/ Proposed structures with its financial requirement (DPR) , (b) Discussion & approval with DPMU before submission. Annual Report of program implementation progress. Activities to be carried out /Deliverables:- 1-Compilation of water security plan at (Distt/ Block/ G.P. level, 2-Training at different level eg. Distt/Block/ GP level & GP Volunteers, 3-Communication session with stake holders. Final program Implementation Report and GP level Impact assessment report. Activities to be carried out /Deliverables:- (a) List the program etc., which are suggested for improvement in ground water management by adopting different measures during entire span of project, (b) GP level Impact assessment on recharging done through different demand and supply side interventions adopted under WSPs (Demand Side Intervention- Micro Irrigation (drip & sprinkler, Sensitization and awareness of local community for efficient use of water) Supply Side- Check dams, Ponds and Rain Water Harvesting in G.P.
