Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Half brick masonry with non-modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conforming to IS :12894, in super structure above plinth upto floor V level. - Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Cement plaster in fine sand. 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Supplying, fitting, fixing, Chain link fencing of approved quality with R.C.C posts wooden posts or iron posts by means of galvanized "C" clips to grid of horizontal trands of galvanized high tensile spring steel wire of 12 S.W.G which have to be tensioned and fixed to the vertical posts by means of galvanized special clips, bolts and nuts etc. The rate is exclusive of the cost of posts) (I) 75 mm x75 mm x 6 g.

Fixing post of iron or precast concrete by digging hole in the ground (in all sorts of soil) and embedding the same by packing the hole with cement concrete (1:3:6) (with jhama khoa. Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/ steel works.

Painting with aluminum paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. - Two or more coats on new work.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: 5.9.1 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe- 500D or more.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams and bressumers, including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering and shuttering but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick masonry with non-modular fly ash bricks, conforming to IS :12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength, in super structure above plinth upto floor V level in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Cement plaster i(n coarse sand) 20 mm cement of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm).

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.
