Material & labour for shifting of transformer/ voltage stabilizer upto 200 KVA capacity from one location to other location of any capacity including removing the existing HT/LT/removing and refixing of connectors mounted on wall connection of any type transformer and transporting the same to desired location within airforce stn bhuj. The same installing connecting HT/LT cables, earthing testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc of size 240 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc of size 50 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc of size 16 sqmm, 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry river sand; gently punning down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered)

Supply & lay ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, flate size 300mm X 180 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for heat shrinkable indoor/ outdoor LT end terminations for LT 1100 Volts grade, aluminum conductor including jointing kits, aluminium ferrules and labour complete for making joints and testing etc of cable size 35 to 240 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply & fix fabricating LT panel indoor type, dust and vermin proof totally enclosed with sloping canopy fabricated out of steel section the door opening shall not be less than 150 degree. The construction of panel board shall be dust vermin proof IP 54 standard double shutter gears front and rear frame work and 3.15 mm thick MS sheet duly painted with powder coated over two coats of red oxide primer and made of 40x40x6 mm thick angle iron frame all as specified suitable for 415 volts 50 Hz 3 phase and neutral system and shall be complete with 400 Amps capacity copper bus bar with bus bar chamber internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper cable lugs comprising of following accessories-: Incoming MCCB 4 pole 350 Amps 36 KA-01 Nos OUTGOING (i) MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps 36 KA-02 Nos (ii) MCCB 100 Amps 16 KA 4 pole-03 Nos Digital type Ammeter with CT 0-400-01 No Digital type Voltmeter 0-500-01 No Indicator-RYB

Supply & fixindustrial plug and socket 3P+E+N, 415 volt, 16 Amps rating code No DHDPBTN016 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix in replacement FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 400 x 300 x 190 mm with 4 nos copper busbar of capacity 100 Amps , length 250 mm , 01 No MCCB of 100 Amps capacity inside the box as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge including connector and fixing on pole/wall with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- The cost of sintex box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exist of cable any size, making new lugs of cables of entry and exit including cable glands.

Supply & fix copper strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc.for jointing with earth pits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
