Supplying Man Power for Operation & Maintenance of Pump House, 11KV Sub-station, Monitoring of Raising/Gravity Mains in Alasthri Katte tank Lift Scheme in Nanjangud taluk under CNNL for the year 2026-27

The intending bidder / firm / Company should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work involving Supply of manpower for Maintenance of Lift Scheme / Supply of Manpower of Skilled & unskilled category work of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. Rs.2.80 Lakhs during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 Note: An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

Firm registration certificate under the Companies Act 1956 or The Agencies who have been registered under any appropriate Government Department in the State of Karnataka for having been in existence as a registered Firm / Agency for past Five (5) years or more.

Valid license under Commercial Establishment Act, 1961 and Previous year Labor Welfare Fund Paid receipt.

The agency shall have already registered their firm with EPF registration certificate and licenses up to date must be uploaded. The agency shall upload the EPF remittance challans of previous three months of the current year.

Critical Quantities-Key Personals-The bidder shall compulsorily furnish documents pertaining to experience in supplying total 4 number of manpower during the last five financial years From 2021-22 to 2025-26. SKILLED:-Pump Operator-1 No. Sluice gate/Valve operator-1 Nos. UNSKILLED:-Watchman/ Heavy Mazdoor/ Scavanger/ IB Care taker/ Peon -2 Nos.

Performance certificate should be provided by Executive Engineer based on his available previous five (05) years records in the prescribed format. (Annexure K) NOTE: a)The above Performance certificate should be issued by the Executive Engineer based on his performance for the preceding five (05) years. b)If the tenderer has uploaded the performance certificate which indicates Good in KPP portal, but his / her / their performance was not good in the division in which tender has been invited (Tender Inviting Authoritys division), In such circumstances the Tender Inviting Authority can make his remarks as Moderate / Average based on the available records.Good-15, Moderate-10, Average-05

Financial Turnover-Each tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years, an Annual Financial Turnover of the value usually equal to the Amount put to tender under this contract i.e., Rs 5.62 Lakhs Note-1)An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Turnover certificate duly certified by Chartered Accountant should be uploaded with UDIN Ref Appendix 1 2)Audited balance sheets mentioning UDIN number should be mandatorily uploaded along with tender, failing with which tender will be liable for Rejection AND Tender Capacity-Eligible tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.
