Upgradation/ Metalling and Tarring of Link Road alongwith C/o Bridges 2 Nos over Tahal Khad From Dhatti to Kural via Jiara Matehar Bhatwal Jamuli Rohal Km 0/00 to 7/685 in District Kangra (HP) under RIDF-XXXI (NABARD)

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads, lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load and animal transport and mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the Contractor himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The removal of slips during the construction period shall be responsibility of the contractor.( Recovery of stone to the tune of 2178.54cum ( two thousand one hundred seventy eight point fifty four per cubic metre ) quantity at the rate of 300 ( Three hundred )/- per cubic metre be effected from the contrctor's running bills on prorata basis as per actual quantity executed)including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement including setting out, true to the lines, grades, width and side slopes in accordance with drawing including spreading the embankment material with motor grader in successive layers of 200mm (two hundred millimetre) uniforms thickness and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne static weight to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation of foundations for structure for Bridge work etcetera in all kinds of classifications of soil, viz pick work, pick- jumper work, pick- jumper- blasting including chiseling and doing work in saturated soil including shoring, strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any height /depth and any quantum of water including clearing of slush which may arise out during dewatering, disposing the excavated materials clear from the edge of the excavations as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and refilling trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness, when required into sides of foundations etcetera, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering as per MORT&H technical specification clause 304 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and disposing of all surplus excavated soil and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) (forty millimeter nominal size) for plain/cement concrete in all heights/depths, in open foundation Retaining wall,Breast wall, Return wall, toe wall of culvert and wing walls or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete in open foundation and the like etcetera complete, as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 &1600 as per the satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Back filling in reinforced cement concrete abutment and Chamber with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specification clause 710.1.4 of IRC 78 and section 1200 and behind Retaining wall,Wing wall as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked VECTUS /FINOLAX/SUPREME P.V.C. pipe ( working pressure not less then 4 Kg per square cm) Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clause 2706 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimeter)nominal size), in or under water in open foundation as lean concrete for Bridge, including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/ sub soil water) including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying for all heights/depths including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORTH Technical specification Clause 1500, 1700 and 2100 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete grade M-30 (M-Thirty) designed mix with cement contents not less than 430Kg (four hundred thirty kilogrammes) per cubic meter with 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in sub structure as per drawing and MORTH technical specification Clause 1500, 1700 and 2100 including the cost of form work and admixtures but including the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Raft,Abutment Bed Block and Dirt wall for bridge works and curing complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
