Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of DI pipe of 150mm dia bore with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS:8329/2000 centrifugally cast class K-7 suitable for push on joint including rubber gasket jointing with cement mortar lining inside the pipe with outside zinc and bituminous coating laid in trenches/ on surface/ over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of 150mm GI pipe medium grade ISI marked including all fittings in old/new position as in walls and ceilling/trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel pipe header as per IS-3589, 300 mm dia size minimum 8 mm thick 6 mtr length with flanged ends closed with dead plates not less than 18 mm thich fixed with nuts bolts and washers and rubber gasket and including provision of following incomming and outgoing connection of MS Pipe, Heavy duty Class 'C' of length 300 mm with flaged ends with two coats of bitumen paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified at Site Pump House complete all as specified and directed.

300 mm dia butterfly valve - 01 No. Note :- (i) Welding work/cutting work , nuts bolts, washers and any types of works are deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ii) Brick work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Cast Iron Butterfly Valve shall be measured and paid separately under respective items .

M&L for Precast cement concrete block using PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortor 1:4 on block masonry surface even and smooth without using extra cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valve, PN 1.6 conforming to IS 13095/BS EN 593 BS 5155) (wafer type) gear operated, SG Iron Construction, SG Iron Disc which is accurately guided between the two stems, integrally moulded rubber lining (EPDM/Nitrile/Neoprone) of size 150 mm (6”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valve, PN 1.6 conforming to IS 13095/BS EN 593 BS 5155) (wafer type) gear operated, SG Iron Construction, SG Iron Disc which is accurately guided between the two stems, integrally moulded rubber lining (EPDM/Nitrile/Neoprone) of size 300 mm (12”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of size 150mm dia without by pass arrangement , Swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends pressure rating PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Ductile iron fitting for spigot socket pipe such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (All socket or socket and spigot) collars, caps & plugs upto 150 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting cast iron/DI pipes and reducing to required length before laying, in position for connecting old pipe lines, insertion of new tees, bends, branches, etc up to 150 dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulgers of gauge n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing, 150 mm bore MS flanges not less than 16 mm thick duly welded on ends of GI pipe. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel framed work such as ladders, walkways, rallings, and similar works confirming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165 including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Joints with rubber or fibre board gasket including nuts,bolts and double washers of 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing PVC bedded, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm ,2 core, 1100 Volts grade for alarm connection including saddling on wall whenever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unsheathed cable, stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm ,2 core, 1100 Volts grade for alarm connection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for road cutting (approx 6 RM) including 40mm GI light grade pipe,depth 60 cm and PCC of 30 cm thick after laying of pipe line complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cables using dry sand; gently punning down complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered)

M & L in replacement of unreinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS LV type I, flat size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid transverse to cable complete all as specified and directed.
