Excavation in trenches,in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m in wide for laying of cable, RCC Poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.(Note:-The back fill shall be neatly rounded/levelled over the trench to a sufficient height to allow for settlement to the required level all as specified in clause 18.56.6(a) of SSR-2009) completeall as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L for laying common burnt bricks, sub class 'B', of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying of cable cover / Red Clay Bricks suitable for LT cable for protection purpose retrieved from dismantling LT Cable.

Supply and laying galvanised steel tubing 50 mm dia, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads in drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers, pipes all as per specified and directed. Supply and fixing of cable passing Highmast, LT flexible copper conductor, 4 Sqmm, 10 Core 1.1 kv, FR, PVC insulated, anti rodent and connected to 10 pin metal socket plug, including taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rate includes the tools/crane/ladder required to complete the work at the height not greater than 21 mtr highmast pole. Make : Havells/Gloster/Polycab/RPG/Finolex.

M&L for disconnecting the cable from street light Junction Box, cutting/dressing the brittled part of cable including earth work to lift up from loop in any type of soil, replace the worn out cable terminal lugs with new aluminium lugs for cable of size 25 Sqmm, 3.5 Core with proper crimping, reconnecting the cable, making good to the entire area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down the 3..5/4.0 Core XLPE UG cable connected on LT OH line including cutting/dressing of brittled part of cable, fixing heat shrink type cable jointing kit for LT cable, remving the cable from existing loop and connecting the same on OH line and making good to the entire area complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Birla 3M/Denson/Raychem. Note : Cost of joint kit will be measured as per below schedule :-

M&L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers, welding, beding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of 4 pole connector, removing LT cables and replacing burnt/damaged connector and connecting the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling LT OH line of span one length including steel poles/ struts, cross-arms of M.S channel, angle sections etc stay assembly, ACSR or AAC conductors, house service brackets of any size including demolition of concrete and required excavation and transporting to store. Terminating the OH line on precedding pole with Schakle insulator necessary clamps and channels after dismantling the pin insulator and M.S channel and making good to the entire area complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F OFF LOAD change over switch 415 volt in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 30,230.00 B/F from Ser page No. 24. NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount as rate Rs. 30,230.00 in Green field under Col-6. If bidder does not insert the amount the same will be deducted from total amount of Schedule 'A' and accordingly total amount of tender will be considered in deciding the lowest tender.
